What? I haven't heard about that yet! I guess all of this isn't that surprising from what I've heard about some food establishments. My FH works in restaurants and his worst experience was in one of the nicest new restaurants around Sugarland. It's owned by a popular Houston restauranteur family. You'd think that the nicest of places would be the most up to par, but nope. It was so unsanitary that he reported them and quit his very good job. Darn ethics. This stuff is just scary. Everybody start eating live cultured yogurt so we can protect our system as much as possible! :D

Yep! The yogurt that has live active cultures actually helps you digest the lactose. I'm pretty lactose intolerant, but I eat live cultured yogurt a few times a week. I usually eat Activia because it's the only cultured yogurt at our local market, but there are a ton of really good varieties out there.
