It makes sense to me that if he was her boyfriend at the time she conceived, then he must be the father. And for Howard Stern to not want the DNA test, that tells me he must have something to hide. :purplex:

I think Larry also, that Howard Stern guy seems like he loved her so much, I wish it was his, but I dont think it is. As far as her mom goes she needs to get a life she reminds me of the mom from Million dollar baby. The whole thing is so sad.

The whole thing about Howard not wanting to take a pertnity test throws the guessing game for me. If you claim you are the child's father why would you not want to prove it right?


I feel soooo bad for this little girl..This child didn't asked to be born into this world let alone this circus.I think whether her mom was still alive or dead she still would have had a pretty messed up child hood. I hope however the father is, is taking claim as her father for the right reasons and plans to give this child a healthy, nurturing environment to grow up in.

One thing I do know that Anna Nicole and her mom had a very, very bad relationship...I guess what I don't like about her mom is that she wants anna nicole buried in the US near her and the other side of the table wants anna nicole buried by her son. They had a table discussion about emboming her and buring her with a judge that wasn't very professional present. I think they have legal precedings over every aspect and decision process of this fiasco.
I guess for me it doesn't matter what happens to your body because once you leave it it's a schell for the soul.
However, I can say if I was in her shoes and lost my child I would want my child buried with my grandchild. Not close to someone you don't have much of a relationship with. There was a lot of hatred between Anna Nicole and her mother the last like 10 years. Considering the circumstances I'm not sure if her mother knows what's best in this situation.
As a mother myself I totally understand how you never stop loving your child too. I just don't think her mom should have much of a say at this point in time as far as where to bury her remains considering the circumstances at hand. If it was anyone else I would have probably a totally different opinion. Instead of making an arguement and dragging the courts in on every aspect of this woman's death my opinion is find out who the father is, have her body buried, and end this crazy circus!!! RIP!

I have not been following it all that closely truthfully. But from what I have heard I feel so sorry for the baby in this. I only hope whomoever the father is that they raise her well and love her. i sincerely hope they want her for her and not for the money she will be inheriting. I have heard rumors at times that nicole made comments before about having her dead husbands sperm frozen and using his sperm at the time to concieve this child. I personally think this would be possible. anna never struck me as being a stupid woman and this would lay claim once and for all to the daughter inheriting the billions of dollars.

I voted for Howard Stern. Even though I am still not for sure he is. B/c he won't let the paternity test proceed. But he really did love Anna Nicole Smith IMO... I guess I am just hoping he is the father.

But then again I have heard rumors that Anna may of not been the mother and that is why Howard doesn't want the paternity test done.

Well theres only 1 man pushing for a DNA test so it kinda looks like he might have reason to believe the daughter is his. From what Ive seen about it on the news (which has been a lot b/c apparently the media thinks there isnt anything more important than this circus:purplex: ) Larry has been trying to get rights to the child since before she was born. Her mother chose to have her in the Bahamas to try to keep him from having rights to her, and she (reportedly) had wanted to have her son buried in California, but was scared she would get served a paternity suit by Larry, so she chose the Bahamas instead.
Im sure Howard loved Anna very much, but if hes deliberately trying to keep Dannielynn's natural father from her for no good reason (and if there was, Im sure we would have heard about it by now) then I have no respect for him and what kind of father does that really make him? Not a good 1 IMHO. It doesnt matter that hes been there since day 1, because Larry has tried to be there too.
I also wouldnt be surprised to find NONE of these men are the father.
I dont mean any disrespect to the dead, but she did NOT lead a very nice/healthy/honorable life (according to what I saw) and made sure it stayed public. Maybe the media blew things out of proportion and tried to make people think she was a bad person, but she really didnt do a whole lot to try and correct it either.
I may get slammed for this post, but I have seen NOTHING on the news but this for the last several weeks and to be honest, I will be SOOOO glad when its all over and we can get back to our terrorists and wars and other things that ACTUALLY have an effect on us...:purplex:

Yeah, I agree. They've blown this thing all out of proportion. I posted this thread on 2/16/07, basically eight days after Anna Nicole's death. Now it's a week later, and it's all you can find on the TV. And this battle was only for deciding the burial of Anna Nicole. And it still hasn't been decided because her Mother filed an appeal, and Anna Nicole still isn't buried yet. Yikes! Then there is still the battle for DNA to determine paternity. Then there's the battle to determine who gets her money. This is not going to end any time soon. What a mess!

I want that baby with her natural father, regardless of who that is. If Howard K. Stern is not her biological father, he has no rights to her at all. I'm sure he loved Anna Nicole too, but she was his meal ticket since 2002, and now, if he loses that baby, he will finally have to get a real job. So he has some real motivation to keep that baby.

The jury is still out on Anna Nicole's mother. I know she had a falling out with her family, but I think they loved her. And I think she loved them too. It's sad that they didn't get a chance to show it to each other before Anna Nicole's death.

I think it's probably ole Larry. Something that is kind of interesting is I work with a guy whose brother was one of her body guards. He is a cop in Houston now. The guy I work with has said talk shows have been calling like crazy.

That's a very interesting point. I think someone is trying to cover up the baby's father for some reason and howard (I think that is who) is fighting for nichole to be buried in the bahamas. It would make sense huh?? I would like to just see this be over and done with...Unfortunately I don't see that happening anytime soon!
