How Long to Work?!

I was just curious to see how long everyone's commute to work is.
I calculated mine this morning...
It's exactly 25 1/2 miles from my house to work. It usually takes me around 35-40 minutes to get here every day. It seems like alot more driving it everyday though. LOL!
Plus, my car only gets like 15 miles to the gallon, so I fill up like every 3 days!!! :purplex:

mine is about 8 miles, when the traffic is ok it takes me 15-20 mnutes, when it is backed up it can take anywhere from 1-2 hours

Mine is about a 6 minute drive! I live just outside of the town in which I work. Although. My actual commute takes a bit longer because I drop my oldest son off at school and then my youngest at daycare which is just right around the block from where I work!

Mine is about a 10 minute drive, and I would say about 6 miles or so.

I live around 30 miles from work, give or take a few miles. It takes me about 35 - 40 minutes each day.

we are still in the process of looking for a house to rent closer to our work...everything is so darn expensive. I found one I really liked, then the lady told us it was 900.00/month!!! Joe about flipped a lid! If we are gonna pay that we might as well just buy one and suffer through the payments (our credit isn't that good!):whoa:

I prolly have a 15 minute drive on a sunday morning, no accidents no traffic..

now in reality lol it is about 10 miles but because I leave at 8am it will take me 30-45 minutes :censored:

I drive 35 miles to work and it takes usually around 40 minutes to get there. Less if I have to work at 6AM...there is no one on the road and I can drive faster!!! LOL I usually don't mind, except when the roads and/or weather is bad!

My commute to school is 10 miles and since I have to be there at noon, my drive is only 45 minutes. When I had to be there at 9am, my drive was close to 2 hours. D.C. Metro rush hour stinks!

I work about 20 minutes from home, I have to head in around noon... Our road is not even plowed, so I have to wait for that.... I am assuming it will be interesting!!! WISH ME LUCK!

The roads here are better, but out by where i live they still haven't plowed, so it makes driving home fun. :worry:

I think I am the luckiest here....it literally takes me 4 minutes to get to work from where I live. It's nice being able to go home for lunch all the time!
