I have a fitness journal at another wedding website I still chat on, but since I'm here more often, I thought I would start one here as well.
Starting Stats
Height: 5'1"
Weight: 177.4
BMI: 33.5
Measurements: Chest-40, Waist-43, Hips-45, Thigh-27.5
Goal Stats
Height: 5'1" (I wish I could make myself taller)
Weight: 130-140
BMI: 24.6-26.4
Measurements: Chest-34/36, Waist-34/36, Hips-38/40, Thigh-20/22
Currently I'm wearing size 13 pants that are a smidge too tight. I would like to fit back into my size 7 pants comfortably.
So far I've done the following to help towards my goal:
-2 months soda free
-started Couch to 5K running program
-started overall fitness program
-started Weight Watchers again

February 11th Goals
-Continue Couch to 5K program
-Start on Weight Watchers program again
-Start adding on additional workouts to my program (elliptical with treadmill, cardio kick, flexibility training)
March 11th Goals
-Continue Couch to 5K program
-Continue to add and change additional workouts
-Continue on Weight Watchers
April 11th Goals
-Finish up Couch to 5K program and continue running & hopefully start running outside with the dog
-Continue with workouts
-Continue Weight Watchers
With a heathy goal of trying to lose 1-2 pounds per week, by the beginning of April, I should have hopefully dropped around 10 pounds. I can do this!

i think her boobies are fake. i would ook hott too if i had no fat on my body and fake boobies. i think looking at her everyday would just depress me lol. great job on this jurnal it looks really good!! you're gonna get your goals for sure :D

Yeah, I know her boobs are fake....Its just that I think she goregous, fake boobs and all. I used to be the weight I'm aiming for, and I know my boobs get a lot smaller at that weight, but either way.

I wasn't able to workout yesterday morning or this morning. Yesterday we had a problem with our bank accounts so I had to leave early to go to work to stop at the bank. But I did do my stretches and some crunches. Today I have to run a few errands before I leave town, so I have to leave early again....hopefully tomorrow there won't be anything to do and I can go down and workout.

I went down and did my run today. As well as my stretches and crunches. Today I don't think will be a good day for eating. My breakfast and lunch will be fine, but we are heading back to Dubuque after I get off work tonight, so that means stopping at fast food for the drive home.
