I wondered the same thing about the post cards. I also thought that you meant computers when I read the title!! Too funny.

There was a thread not long ago about it and they said there is two people working on it as of I think last week or maybe two weeks ago and because of the amount interested this time around it's going to take a little while to get the list together! I'm sure we'll hear something soon.

Like I said I have not been on much so I was just curious if one had started because it is 2/11 I thought I missed it. Not trying to rush anyone I was just asking a simple yes or no answer and I guess my answer is no. TY

Gwen and I did compile the list, my guess is that things have been very busy for her. No worries Jeni, I think Gwen has just been a tad bit on the busy side. :D

I think we will forget about the valentine exchange and just go with the post cards when I get a free min ( or 30 mins. ) to get the pms out to all of you. Sorry if you thought I was giving you a hard time, I wasn't. I didn't think having back up was necessary on such a little question. I said I have been sick and wasn't sure if you had already started a PC exchange how are we suppose to know if you did or not? Some of us have never been in one before and am not sure how it works. I personally WAS excited about it . If I was on the list please remove me I have had enough. Forgive me for asking a question it wont happen again.

I'm sorry but I feel the need to put my two sense in here...It's just sort of bugging me and I need to get it off my chest. Please don't take this personally or think I am critisizing anyone because I'm not (it's not my place). I think we need to remember that this is a forum and we are typing things and its hard not to be able sometimes fully understand what a person is really saying and things are taken the wrong way sometimes.

I honestly don't think anyone trying to come off impatient here. I think atleast two of the girls were afraid that they missed a post about it and was just concerned that's all. On the other hand I don't think anyone one was asking why it hasn't started or anything like that either. I think it was just out of mere curiosity and no one cares when we start it. I think there is a big mistery of who all is going to be participating and everyone is wondering if they were even chosen to participate in this, due to the original thread of how it was even going to be calculated.
Gwen, we do appreciate you so much for putting this together, and are all totally understanding that there is more going on right now for you and your plate is full. I hope everything is okay...If there is anything I can do to help you please let me know.

This seems to be getting out of hand again.

The post card exchange has been something that the memebers here have throughly enjoyed for quite some time, and there has never been a problem w members getting upset.

We all need to realize that Gwen is a very busy mom, and wife, and is doing the best that she can. If the xchange doesn't happen as quickly as we hope, then we need to give it time. I may sometimes take a month or more to get things going. Patience is virtue!

As it was stated before, this can be stopped at anytime. I for one do not want to see that happen. I will be very upset if it ends because of misunderstandings or misjudgments.

Please, give it time. It will come about again. Gwen is doing us a great favor in putting it together, and we need to be appreciative of that!

Ladies, please. I know for a fact that Jeni was not trying to be a pain or anything like this. As her and I discussed, she was sick for a while and was wondering if she had missed something. We all need to understand that sometimes we all don't know whats going on and that we have questions. Not that we are trying to stir the pot. We want to make everyone feel welcome and enjoy the site. I am closing this thread as this is not what Jeni was asking, like I said she said she was sick and just was not sure she had missed the exchange becuase she wasn't sure if she was even in the exchange.
