-24 degrees?!

So Matthew and I got up to work out this morning and decided to head back to sleep because we didn't feel like walking across campus with the windchill feeling like -24..... they should seriously cancel classes on campus when it gets that cold because we have to walk around in it, its freezing!

I live in NY and with the windchill it was -24 brrr..... My poor kids froze waiting for the bus this morning. I guess the cold is going to be around for a few more days where I live to.

They made them go to school??? Every school here is closed today, that is terrible.

YUp sure did, I know this **** state they want the funds. If the water runs and the heat works. These poor kids are going to school. We also didn't get anywhere near the snow that you did. Maybe that is why. I see that a few hours from here everything is closed.

It's bloody freezing here too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I woke up this morning it was -32 with the wind chill. Everything is still all open here too. Plus we've been getting snow too. And with temps like that it's not the nice fluffy stuff it's the ouchie stuff!

That makes it worse to go out in. Not just are you freezing but your getting pelted with snow to boot.

Well I'm home with a nsty case of the flu so the cold nor the snow is helping any!!! But the sun is shining atleast :) Looks are decieving!!! I wonder how many people went whipping out their doors this mornign thinking it was a nice day? HA HA HA SUCKERS!

LOL yes they are suckers if they don't look at the weather before heading out.

It's dang cold here too, -30 with the windchill. All the schools are closed and no one is out. Except for us poor suckers that had to go to work today!
And yes, I did check the weather. LOL

Blech!@ It has been -40 F here for a while but today it warmed up!! lol. It's -19 C (-3 F) but with the dog gone windchill we have temps of -32 C (-25.6 F) It's dang chilly that's for dang sho!! lol

so not only is it -7 wind chill, but it is frekin snowing again BRRRRRRRRR, our apartment insulation sucks so it is only 67 degrees in here, I usually keep it at 78. I need some hot cocoa

I'm in Iowa and when I woke up this morning it was minus 11. The wind chill was 25 below. Unfortunately my car started so I had to go to work lol.
