Hi everyone, I tried one of my centerpieces out last night and took some pictures with my phone so the photos aren't that great but I would love some opinions.

They are pretty. Hve you thought about adding a red ribbon around the candles (far enough down so that it won't catch on fire as the candle melts down)?
What are they sitting on? Is that tray made of some sort of metal?

I thought about the ribbon but I was sure if I was adding to much at that point but since you mentioned it too I will definitely try it. Yes it is a silver serving platter that they are sitting on!

Thank you!!
They look very nice. Have you thought about maybe using colored rock? I like them the way they are though.

I did think of the colored rock but I thought that when the candles are lit the reflection of the fire would look nice on the clear ones as well. But it is worth a try though!
That makes total sense. They look great.

I actually got the platters from Target right after Christmas and they are approx. 12" x 12" Hope that helps!

Not a problem at all: The total cost comes to about $9.50 each 12 centerpieces total
Silver platters (Target): 4 for $5.00 (1 for each table)
Candles (Bed, Bath and Beyond): $7 for the set of 3 (3 for each table)
Rocks (Target): $1.00 for a jar full (I got 3 jars)
Silk Rose Petals: $6.00 per bag and I needed 2 (1 red 1 white)
