I'm Back!!

Well sorta. Don't have internet access at home, and at work, don't have time to post (I'm working a minimum of 9 hrs a day M-F and then have a 2nd job that I work on the weekends. This Sunday is going to be my first day off since Dec 30th). Anyway, things are going well. Despite the long hours I LOVE LOVE LOVE it up here. I'm staying with the FMIL and things are going well on that front. She's a total sweetheart. :D My main job is with a start up (that is why the long hours), but I love what I'm doing and the people I'm working with. I get to do medical and patent research and a bunch of other stuff. It's reallly interesting and makes the day go fast. Plus, yesterday I found a patent of a product that is really similar to ours. Our patent attorney missed it, but I found it, so that made me feel like I accomplished something.
Oh and the best news: MARK PROPOSED. (We were waiting on getting the ring resized). He proposed on Jan 7th, and everyone is happy for us. We have people trying to come in from other countries so they can be there for our wedding, and that makes us feel good. I've posted the pics of the rings we have. Not the best pics, but they're allright. Sorry this is a long post, but I've been gone so long. I'll have to go the library this weekend and catch up.

Welcome back!! I have been wondering what happened to you and was wondering if you got engaged. I'm so happy for you! Having the ring makes it seem so much more realistic (I think that is the word I am looking for lol) doesn't it?
