Eye makeup help

Is there a place I can learn to apply really nice eye makeup?

I have small eyes with small lashes and everythime I try to apply the eye liner i poke myself in the eye or end up having it under my eye haha

What is the key to adding color to your eyes as well? When I apply it, it looks weird! what kind of brush do u use?

And about fake lashes... what the the best tips and things to use.

How does the fake lashes work with the glue and stuff.. how do u take it off?

OMG Suzuki, I'm going to invest in the semipermanent eyelashes. They are like $200. I'm doing a test run on them next month to see how I look in them and then I'll decide. I desperately want red carpet lashes.
