I wanted to say hello and introduce myself. My name is Christy, and finally after 3 years of dating, my fiancée proposed on Christmas Eve. So now I’m trying to figure out how to put all this together by June 16th, which shouldn’t be too difficult…should it?

I’m getting married on my dad’s birthday which puts the old saying “you’re not losing a daughter, you’re gaining a son-in-law” into a beautiful perspective when my daddy walks me down the aisle. And I can’t believe this is all happening!

I joined the site to seek out information and advise on planning our day, and I look forward to talking to you soon. Thank you for making such a helpful place available.
