Melissa, when it comes to working out, you're an All-Arounder
Boredom, beware! An energetic and enthusiastic exerciser like you doesn't let monotony enter your workout world. You probably rank high in coordination so trying out different sports or classes is what really helps you flex your muscles and get your heart pumping.
Maybe you'll try a yoga class one day, scale the walls at the rock climbing gym another day, play a game of tennis the next, or go for a long bike ride. It's all about mixing it up for you. As they say, variety is the spice of life. So keep flexing, dashing, and pedaling your way to fun and better health!
That is so true!

Jonelle, when it comes to working out, you're an Outside Adventurer

Onward and upward! A fresh air aficionado like you wouldn't want to be cooped up in a sweaty weight room when you could be working up a sweat al fresco. With the wind at your back and the sun on your face, an outdoorsy person like you probably prefers your workouts without all the flash and dash, get-buff-fast gimmicks that are out there.
It's all about reaching new heights for you. Whether you're scaling new summits, blazing new trails, or exploring uncharted territory, an enthusiastic adventurer like you should head into the open air to get your pulse pounding. So, get going. First one to the top wins!

I guess I'm a Couch Curler ...
Your low-key approach to life partners best with a no-frills workout — like a walk through the neighborhood or a tape or DVD you can do in front of the TV. You can work out whenever you like — without being on anyone else's schedule, and you can wear whatever you want, to boot. You don't need to worry about expensive sports equipment either.
Alright, so you may not actually exercise on the couch, but you probably do like to keep it simple when it's time to work out. And why not? It's economical. Heck, it's free! So, break out your walking shoes, weight set, or Pilates video, and get buff!
