Is there anything I can use or do to help reduce the look of my acne scarring?

I assume you are asking so that you will have a 'flawless face' at the wedding. Start with a good skin care system now (cleanser, toner, moisturizer, etc) this should help even out your skin tone. I like L'Bri Pure and Natural (http://www.lbrionline.com/products.aspx), Este Lauder has a good line too. Both are pretty pricey, Olay has a similar line that is a little less expensive. I think I am gonna try that next.
Then you will need to get a good make up ... I love the mineral makeup :) Then learn how to use it properly to get the best coverage and most pleasing look for you.
ETA - if it is bad you might try one of that home micro-dermabrasion stuff. Here is a website (http://www.ckmineralmakeup.com/index.htm) that sells the mineral makeup and the micro-dermabration stuff. And here is a link (http://www.free-beauty-tips.com/acnescars.html) to other tips I found :)
Erg. I can't purchase stuff online. Are there products I could get locally that someone could recommend?
I've never been a girly girl by any standards, never used make up or anything. So I'm sort of baffled by all of this.

I would go to your local mall and see what they have there. Like I said before, you will need to start with a good skin care system, and start soon. Este Lauder and Olay have a good line that you should be able to find locally. There are lots more, but those are the only ones I've tried.
You may also want to try the microdermabrasion stuff in a bottle, I've never tried anything like this but I hear great things about it. All this should help even out your skin tone. But it will take time to see a difference and the microdermabrasion stuff may cause redness for a little while after so you will want to do it in plenty of time before the wedding.
As for makeup, I'm sure you can find a good makeup at a local mall (Macy's, JCPenny, etc) or through Avon or Mary Kay. You just want something light enough to look natural, but with still enough coverage to give you the flawless, airbrushed look.

Hi,
I think everyone knows how you feel about the acne! I would see if your a family doctor could recommend something for your skin, before you spend alot on products out there, and we know some of them are soo expensive. I am not sure if you can get this is the U.S, but in Canada, there is a face wash called Physohex. Good Look.
