Ok, here goes ...
Describe your dream house and where it is located?
Well, it would definitely be in Florida. Somewhere close to the beach, but not necessarily 'on' the beach.
It would be a big house with plenty of room to do everything we'd ever want ... office, game room, movie room, etc. We'd have to have a pool too, and a big yard for our dogs, and a nice patio so we could have cooks outs and such. It would have to be modern looking, probably made of concrete and steel. We will get there one day ;)
Are you and DH going to renew your vows at a later date? If so have you thought about what things will be like and where you would want to do it at? We've talked about it, well I have ... I think it is one of the most romantic things ever. I would love to do it on a beach in Hawaii. Probably not until we've been married at least 5-10 yrs though.
If you could meet anyone dead or alive who would it be and why?Jesus ... I would just ask him what he really wants of us and for us and if I am on the right track.
Describe yourself in one word.
hmmmm .... passionate
If you won the lottery what would you do with the money?
Well since we are dreaming here, I will pretend we won ALOT! I would pay off all our debt, help out our family, move to Florida and start on our dream home, give to charity and take a vaca to Hawaii. And invest in our future so we wouldn't have to work unless we wanted to.
How many children (If any) do you want?
Yeah, no, none for me thanks :) I have dogs and a niece and that is more than enough. DH has a vasectomy too ;)
What would be your dream vacation?
Pretty much anywhere warm near the beach. I have always want to go to Hawaii and see the black sand beaches.
ETA - missed one ...
You have stated before that your biggest fear is failure next to that what is your biggest fear and why? I would guess loosing my husband - for obvious reasons. Or ending up like my mother, I love her but I don't like the person she is, plus she is pretty sick ... oh, and clowns, they are just creepy.
whew ... those were pretty easy :bbmrgreen:
Forgive me ladies, if I don't answer right away, I am dog sitting this weekend so I have 3 dogs in the house! I will check in again later.

Other then Hawaii (Because we know you really wanna go there.) where in the world would like to see and why?
I dunno, maybe the Bahamas. We stopped at Nassau for a day on our honeymoon cruise, there is alot there we didn't see.
What is the one thing that has changed your life and why?
Other than meeting and marrying my husband, which has changed my life in all sorts of good ways  I would say that it would be the illness and death of my MIL ... I don't know if the experience really changed my life per-say, but it had a big impact on my life. This was the first death of a loved one I experienced as an adult and I was there during the time leading up to the end. It has been 3 yrs and I still remember the last things she said to me. She was a wonderful woman and I am glad to have gotten to know her and have a relationship with her ... I am very glad that my husband had such a wonderful mother.
Other than marrying your sweetie, what is your biggest accomplishment to date? hmmmm ... I guess it was going after my dream of being a professional photographer. Even though it didn't work out the way I wanted it too and I no longer do it, at least I can say I made it there and tried it. That and/or just deciding to be ME (after I divorced my 1st husband) and live for me and not listen to what everyone else thinks I should do or be.
If a Genie came and said you have only one wish, and it had to be for yourself, not anyone else, what would you wish for and why?
hmmm ... I guess it would be to healthy and in good shape for the rest of my life.

What is your normal day like?
WebLady
01-13-2007, 03:11 PM
I guess since I'm on now I'll go ahead and answer this one too ;)
What is your normal day like?
Lets see ... I usually get up about 10:30 in the morning (I stay up late too). First thing I do is take the dogs out to potty, then make us all some breakfast. I will turn on the computer and check my email ... sometimes I eat breakfast in front of the computer, sometimes not.
I have been trying to take the dogs out for an afternoon walk around 1pm then try to work out a little. So far this year I have been doing pretty good with this.
Then I try to get a little work done, if I don't have anything pressing to do I will try to do some research on other ways to improve my business, my skills or just make more money ;)
I get on and check in on MySpace and OneWed and a couple other forums I frequent (probably spend too much time on this kind of thing). By this time it is usually about 4 or 5pm and I will take the dogs out for a walk again.
I play on the computer and/or work some more ... play with the dogs some, clean up around the house some ... by then it is time to think about dinner.
DH calls and tells me when I can expect him home then I start dinner (we usually eat about 7-8 pm) I cook, he comes home, I feed the dogs their dinner and we all eat. Then I clean the kitchen, play with the dogs some more, play on the computer some more ....
Usually about 10 or 11pm I get off the computer for the night and go play with dogs a little and watch TV.
Then I usually go to be about 1-2pm.
Usually Monday is my run errands day, sometimes I have lunch with friends, but not regularly.
I usually don't spend as much time on the computer on the weekends as I spend time with my family more then.
I guess my life is pretty boring and I probably spend too much time on the computer

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Living happily in Florida with an awesome house, my husband and my aging dogs.
What are your best qualities?
hmmm ... I don't know, I think I am a good listener, caring and compassionate, loyal, a giver, etc. Sadly sometimes these things get me walked on :( So if someone wrongs me, I have a hard time trusting them again.
if there was one thing you could change about yourself what would it be? physical and emotional/personality...
Well physically I just wish I had the body I had when I was 18 ;) Emotionally; I just need to not let other people get to me and learn not to let everyday stress worry me so much ... part of this for me is trusting in God more. Personality wise; I don't know really, I guess there are times that I should calm myself before I react. Sometimes I get upset and/or defensive when I really should let things go or not say certain thing. Is that a personality trait?

What are your pet peeves?
I don't know I am not really anal about much of anything. I was more so when I was younger, probably because my sister and my brothers were always messy and I had to clean up after them. My ex was bad about that too, glad DH is pretty much the same as me about most things.
I don't like clutter, I like dirty clothes in the hamper and not on the floor, that kind of thing. But I have been known to leave my shoes all over the place and then can't find them when I want them ;) DH just has to have the toilet paper and paper towel rolls facing down, before we moved in together I could care less :frogg:
Well I guess that is more that you asked for :cloppy: sorry

LOL, I don't know if I could ever be that dedicated to something like that. I am really not a sports person ;) I like tennis and swimming, but I am no where near that good at either.
Do you chew gum? What is your favorite flavor and/or brand?Yeah, sometimes, I like mint flavored gum. I think Orbit sugar free is my fav brand. I get the original mint or the peppermint.
How old were you when you got your first tattoo?I believe I was 18, almost 19. It was a butterfly, it is on my left ankle, well just above my ankle. Here is a pic (http://www.ramblingsofme.com/photogallery/mytats/my%20mods%20001.jpg) for those of you that haven't seen it :)

Most embarrassing moment?
hmmm, well one time I was sick at work, I was working as a cashier at the time and had a line of people to check out. I felt nauseous and kept calling for someone to come relieve me for a minute. When someone finally came I threw up all over myself on the way to the bathroom :buck:
Have you ever met a famous person? Who?
No, not really. But I have seen a few from a distance. I saw Emanuel Lewis (the guy who use to play Webster on the show with the same name in the 80's) at the movie theater once. I saw LL Cool J (a rapper dude) in his limo in traffic in Atlanta once. Saw Jerry Springer at the airport getting off a plane once ... all of this was several years ago.
What countries have you visited?
None, really ... the Bahamas is the furthest from home I have ever been.
Which do you prefer, sunrise or sunsets?
Sunsets, I am rarely up for the sunrise ;)
What do you do on Sundays?
Make french toast for DH and I for brunch. Check my email and just hang out at home with my little family. Sometimes I do laundry on Sunday too. Today we are going to the dog park for a little doggie playdate.
How tall are you?
5ft 6'ish
What's something you do well?
hmmm ... I don't know, I like photography and think I am pretty good at that. I can make some bomb @ss french toast. DH said I was a good wife last night
What would be your motto to live by?
Live hard and Love harder ... Nah, that is not my motto, just a quote I like ;) I don't know if I really have a motto ... I just like to be who I am and I try not to let the world around me tell me what I should be.

No, in fact most people are surprised when I tell them I'm from Georgia. I can only think it had something to do with my learning to speak when we lived in California.
What are some things that you and your DH do with each other to keep the marriage from getting boring??
I don't know, our marriage/life isn't boring, at least it isn't to us. We share similar interests and goals and such so I guess that helps. We go out to eat every now and then.

What is your favorite food?
I don't really have one particular favorite, I like alot of things. My fav type of food is Italian, Mexican and American.
Favorite candy?Almost anything chocolate ;) Peanut butter cups, Rolo's (chocolate and caremel), chocolate covered raisins, and Junior Mints (chocolate covered soft mints) are some of my favs.
What is the most exciting thing you have ever done? I can't really think of anything like super exciting
You spell your name pretty Unique, was it always spelled that way or did you change it as you got older?
Nope, always been that way :bbmrgreen:
If I gave you $500 right now what would you do with it???
Probably spend most of it on my husband since his birthday is coming up.
Do you have any bad habits? I can burb like a sailor, and do it quite often when at home. Sometimes I cut people off when they are talking, this is common at my house so I'm sure I get it from that ... I blame my mother.
What stresses you out the most? My mother and issues with my family. That and not making alot of money right now ... it makes me feel bad that my husband has to work so hard to take care of us.
Do you squeeze the toothpaste from the bottom or middle of the tube? We have one of those easy squeeze things ;) But when I do use a tube, I pretty much squeeze from the middle at first then worry about it later.
