first i'd like to say thank you for making me feel so welcome everyone.
i was working as a bartender in miami,fl at a sports bar . well one busy friday night matt came in w/ a friend . they were in town working on the air force base re-paving it, they lived in texas and do jobs all over, well like i said we were real busy and actually the other bartender had that side of the bar. well i went on w/ my buissness not paying any attention to them. eventually my other bartender did get their drinks but they waited a while, so matt thought i was a well i won't say the word.. that was it for that night. but he still took an interest in me.
then the next couple days passed and they came in again, well this time i was walking the floor trying to get people to join a pool tournement and they were sitting at the same spot at the bar, so i walked up behind them and asked if they wanted to playin it, they did and so when it started later that night i started making small talk w/ matts friend about matt. i thought he was cute but when i found out they were contracters from out of town i said forget it he could be married or i could just get my heart broke and i wasn't into the one night stands. but we still talked and flirted. well the tournement was once a week and they were in town for a couple months. always flirting nothing else but then we realized are feelings were in fact getting way to deep, he would copy c.d's w/ songs that would pertain to our situation & give them to me.. then one night i was tending bar and he wrote something on a cocktail napkin , i was to busy to read it so later when i had the chance i opened it and it said "i'm gonna marry you! BETCHA!!!" I LAUGHED .WELL TIME WAS GETTING CLOSER TO FACE THE FACTS OF GOODBYES AND INSTEAD HE DECIDED TO QUIT THE JOB AND WE MOVED TOGETHER TO TAMPA AND STARTED A NEW JOB..and now we have a son together who will turn 1 2 days after our wedding. i will post more about are plans real soon .
