YIPPEEE!!!!! my 1000th post!!!! lol thanks all you gals!!! i liked answering all them questions we'll have to do it again when im near my 2000th post lol

Lea's post gave me an idea.

What if we assigned a different person each week to become Member of the Week. Anyone who opts in could play - Lea thought being quizzed was fun and who doesn't like to talk about themselves? LOL

We could ask questions of each other and get to know everyone just a wee bit better? Anyone interested in playing?

So, we would pick a person, and then we would all ask that person questions about themselves?

We can ask questions of the person who is person of the week. If the questions get to personal or intrusive, then she doesn't have to answer.

I just thought it might be fun to be quizzed and in the spotlight for a short time :)

I'll take everyones names down on a piece of paper and in a while I will put updated lists as we go along. Everyone goes down as they sign up. How's about by Friday we have the list completed and compiled for the first little bit. And then we'll start from there?! Is that ok...Elizabeth, am I stepping on your toes Hun? Nah. Let's say it's your turn to be Person of the Week. The organizer will let you know ahead of time and then start the post, then everyone can ask questions of you.

Questions can be wedding related, or otherwise (what do you do for a living?). You just answer them (or tell us to mind our own business LOL) the next time you are online.

Lol I would also say they could be the most mundane questions you like too.

Like for instance, it's Elizabeth's turn and I might ask her

"Do you like toast?" lol.

We should however only ask one question at a time so that the person who is in the hot seat has a chance to answer the first question before being bombarded with a second, third....and so on.

Lol some question will probably evoke a profound answer where others will be just like your answer. no and next! lol

Sure ... sounds good. If we miss a couple of questions because we can't log on as often as we would wish to, we could also choose to answer them all at once. Whatever .... lol you want me to think this all the way through? Either way ... both ways ... it's fine with me :)

I was thinking the same but also got to thinking that maybe one day is not enough? Any other ideas for the time period? Two or three days maybe?

And I also don't know how it's going towork while I'm in Hawaii, however, I will post the compiled list on Sunday and if I'm away when we need to switch Members someone can go ahead and start a new thread for that person.

I am going to go ahead and start with the first person on Sunday... I'll let you know by starting a thread entitled "Onewed Member of the week: ______ Week #1" or however we decide to do it.

At this point if we were to do a week per person we'd be looking at 27 weeks of questions....and ummm that's over two years. I wonder may be we could double up and do two or three members a week? Any suggestions...I'm all ears...or should that be eyes since I'm reading them! lol.
