Materials and Tools:

Fern garland (silk or natural...You can either get one made with fresh ferns from your florist, or get some fresh or silk fern stems and wire them to a natural vine garland).
1 large open silk rose - (pink) (http://www.save-on-crafts.com/sinopros.html)
2 hydrangea stems (purple) (http://www.save-on-crafts.com/hydrangeas.html)
2 hydrangea stems (white) (http://www.save-on-crafts.com/hydrangeas.html)
4 medium size open roses (http://www.save-on-crafts.com/sinopros.html)(white)
2 yds. 2" wide sheer ribbon (pink) (http://www.save-on-crafts.com/ribbonstulle16.html)
1/3 yd. tulle (pink) (http://www.save-on-crafts.com/tulbyspoolwo.html)
4 yds. 2" satin ribbon (peach) (http://www.save-on-crafts.com/satinribbons.html)
2 yds. 1/4" wide ribbon (green) (http://www.save-on-crafts.com/ribbonstulle16.html)

Glue gun/ glue sticks (http://www.save-on-crafts.com/glugunandsup.html)

pretty ... but what do you do with it? Do the FG's carry it?

Ya I've been to a couple of weddings where the FG's carried them. Also it can be used as a decoration. It looks awesome on the front of the head table.
The flowers can be changed too. I'm gonna have one with lillies instead of roses.

I love it for flower girls, but not necessarilly mine as they will probably use it as a jump rope and we'll have flowers from here to kingdom come!!! It does however look awesome drapped on a head table like I said before.
