Okay okay okay....

Here's an update. My job is still going well. I still love it. Our house is absolutely wonderful :) We now have a yard to take care of :( so pretty much every weekend it's been yard work etc.

Jon and I planted a tree in the backyard to symbolize our marriage. Jon calls it our "Love Tree". LOL. So surprisingly it's still alive. I'll post pictures as soon as I find the cord to my camera.

The dogs were sprayed by a skunk (as some of you might know) and We needed to buy a new mattress because my Wonderful husband let them in the house right afterwards and they ran right upstairs. So I used a baking soda recipe from online and it damaged the dogs testicles. So they've been on a steriod cream and antibiotics. Rufus is getting better but we went to the vet's again last Friday and Duncan is not improving and may need surgery to remove the testicles and laser off the damage skin.

Basically the peroxide/bakingsoda, burned the scrotal area on each of the dogs. It was oozing and bleeding...Just gross, but it's cost us a fortune!!! 52.00 per dog just to walk in...not including the medication etc.

Soo...It's been extremely crazy and hectic. I'll update again real soon :)

glad to hear that you are still enjoying your job and married life. I smiled about your "Love tree" Have you ever seen "How to lose a guy in 10 days" ? She buys them a love fern. Kinda made me smile. To cute!!!

Alright everyone, I am soo happy to report that the dogs balls are back to normal :D Actually one of them is licking my feet right now (Random, I know)

Well, today is my very first cookout at my house!! I'm sooo excited! I found my camera cord which means I can have pictures tomorrow.

Sad news...I have put on a tremendous amount of weight (20 #'s I think) since the wedding and now I'm three weeks late for my period. Pregnancy test says not preggo so I think my weight is causing it to go wacky...or it's my Endo acting up again...UGHHH..I keep going to the gym lately, so hopefully my weight will go down fast... If I don't get my period this week then I'll make a Drs. Appointment. Hubby says no drinking today just in case we are pregnant...I'm kinda sad...LOL I could use a margarita, But he's right!

It's just amazing how life gets soo hectic sometimes and you can't even take a breath! But, I'm on an upwards swing!

Soo I'll keep you all updated with any news :)

oh dear, well it would be exciting if you are pregnant, but I am in the same boat as you are. I have put on a lot of weight and have been really sick etc. I am not pregnant. Perhaps just after we get married our bodies say, OK I am done. I hope it is something that can be solved, it is never fun to not know. That is great you are going to the gym as well, that always makes me feel better. Let us know sweetie.

Sooo...
Jon and I joined weight watchers last Saturday and today was our first weigh in...I was nervous but excited at the same time. But here's what we found out..

Jon lost 6.4 pounds this week

Amanda lost 7.4 pounds this week!!!!!

Ahhhhh...I am super excited and can't wait for next week :) I know it won't be this much every week, but this was the jumpstart that I needed :)

IT feels wonderful dosent it? I have the same feeling, I gave up junk and its amazing. Just remember its OK to cheat a big and its OK to have a day where you just eat ONE thing that you are craving, because if you don't you will splurge and really hate yourself. hahaha (As I did today) But remember one day is not the end of the world. You are doing awesome!!!!!

Congrats on losing more weight! Matt and I just started yesterday trying to lose about 25lbs for me, about 50lbs for him. My parents had a weight watchers slide counter so we are keeping track of points that we eat, because that is our problem. We don't know when to stop and we eat too much of what we eat ect. Matt's mom has done weight watchers for a few years now and has done great and actually helps run the meetings now that shes met her goal!

My first Godchild is going to be born a week from YESTERDAY!!! As soon as I have some pictures I'll post them :)

Other than that, Not much to add ot the married life journal. Hubby totaled his car last week (Just got paid off last month too) and we had to buy a new car last night. But other than that everything is A-OK....

Yeah..well even though shawn and I aren't married yet it sure feels like we are. Well when it comes to the trials of marriage if you come out of them together better than what you went into them it makes your marriage that much stronger and all the worthwhile. I know this may sound weird but when something goes wrong I'm so happy to have Shawn go thru it with me and like wise...It makes it so much better to get thru the problem even if we don't see eye to eye when we find our resolution! Even if it is simple as him not helping out with the house work every now and then I feel better just being able to tell him about it!! LOL!
