That's awesome! Good luck! I've always found when you have someone to kick your butt to the gym or whatever you seem to be more motivated than when you try to do it alone.
Sisters are awesome like that aren't they?

That is great! Sisters are wonderful, I wish I lived closer to mine!
Going to the gym is always a great choice, no matter what your weight. Even thin people benefit from cardio and muscle training, just b/c you are thin doesn't mean your heart is in tip top shape, so she will benefit as well! Best wishes to you both!
Look into the classes if they have them, I always have a blast in step aerobics, yoga and such. I also find that when in a class I tend to work even harder than when I am alone.
Thats great! I have just started going to a class at the gym with my friend its great!

Good luck and have fun! I am starting my five month diet in about five days!!! I am actually going to do it with my fiance, so I am really excited! Having someone else work with you always helps

we never ended up starting due to a death in the family along with other things, but I am going to do it alone soon :)

Sorry to hear about the death. That is never something you want to hear. You and your family have my best.
Good luck with working out alone! I am sure you will do fine. Just carry around a photo of you now (maybe not the most flattering photo) to be inspiration that you want to look and feel better. Just don't carry a photo of someone else and how you want to look...you are made the way you are and people are all just made differently.
