I am looking at making these centerpieces but I can't seem to find the vases. If anyone has any ideas where to find them or something similar, let me know.

Thanks
Ashley

First of all, all of these centerpiece are beautiful, especially the first one!!! I don't know where you live, but we have an Old Time Pottery place near us and they have a ton of glass vases and similar items for not that much money. Also, Garden Ridge would be a good place to look. I would think that Target or Wal-mart would have some of the more common ones, like just the bowl shaped one. Votive holders may be able to be bought cheap online, like at a wholesaler. Hope you find what you are looking for!!

I've also seen the third one at Michaels. Hope that helps some.

The first one looks something like long beer glasses I have seen. You might try a restaurant supply store. IKEA is also a good source for vases.

YOur centerpieces are all beautiful. I have to agree with the other ladies on where they told you, you could probably purchase them. As for the votives I would go to ikea they are super cheap for the glass votives.

A few of those pictures have been what I'm looking at as inspiration for my centre pieces. I was at Michaels the other night and unless there';s a good sale I won't be able to afford the ones there. They are beautiful, but the big budget bug comes and changes wants from needs.
I'm goign to keep my eyes posted at ikea, especially with the holiday season coming. They tend to have a lot of new and nice stuff around this time!

Thanks for all your help!

I am going to check IKEA today on the way to school and see if they have anything that will work. I really like the first centerpiece so I will be aiming for anything that will work for that. If not I did find these two on the IKEA website:

If I can't find anything that will work for the first centerpiece I will do somthing like the last two.

I will keep you all posted!

The third one I have seen at Wal-Mart for not too much money. If you have a Hobby Lobby in your area, you could look there. I know Target has some neat vases also.

I would also check with local rental places like RRR. They ususally have a ton of different vases you can rent. Some flower shops also carry vases.

Kevin and I went to IKEA last night and got our vases for the centre pieces!!!!!!!!!!! They were $1.99 each. They're about 10 inches high. I'll take a picture of them once I bring them back to my house, as for the time being I left them with my Grnadmother so my dogs wouldn't break them and I'm having Kevin move in. We have 12 tables, but I'm already over my guest list so I got 17 vases. All for under $40. I couldn't belive the sale. For soem of what you looked at this could be the base and you could always add to it. I don't think I'll find anything cheaper for mine.

You might want to try Crate and Barrel too.
