I didn't make it into the January classes. My results are 2% to low. I had to make at least a 60% and I scored a 58%. I am trying not to get to bummed out about it. But it is hard. I posted how I feel and think about it in my journal if anyone would like to read it. Thanks everyone for your support on it.

Awwwww sorry to hear that hun. I was so hoping for the best.

Does this mean you have to take the test again for the next round after January? If so, when would that be?

If I decide to retake the tests it would be anytime next year for the august classes. You are allowed to take them twice each year. The only reason I can't take another one this year is because with holidays they don't give them in Novemeber or December. But quite honestly I don't know if I want to go through it again. The stress level was to hard for me. And if the tests alone are like that then I don't know if I could handle the classes being a normal two year course being crammed into 10 months. I will wait it out and see how I feel next year.

Yes, don't make any decisions now .... take December and January to regroup, think it out and see how you feel. I am sure that you will have plenty to occupy you until then. :)

Anything worth having is working hard for :)

I second that!
Take the time to enjoy the holidays with your family. Any decisions can wait until later!

I'm so sorry to hear that. The test had a lot of math in it right? If you decide to take it again give me a heads up and I can help you out with some of the math. I am decent at it. I have taken a lot of math courses and courses like Chemistry that have lots of math in it.

Sorry about the test results, and the fact that you only missed it by 2%. I agree with the other ladies to take the holidays and think about what you really want to do. Good luck with everything.

I am so sorry to hear about that!! Once, I went up for a job and I missed the test by missing just One Extra Question!!!! (We were only allowed to miss 5 out of 70 questions and I missed 6 and to make it worse, they counted one prob. as two!!:hothead: ) ERR! I was so pissed and bummed but God has a plan for us and everything happens for a reason! So.. I know how u feel! It's ok, just keep praying about it. it gets better! I promise! :)

I once failed a colour course (duh .... a stop sign is blue right?!!!)

The course was taught by two teachers and the passing rate was 60%. One teacher gave me a 79% whereas the other teacher (she had a serious hate on for women) gave me a 40% (!!!!!) and so my average mark for the semester was 59.5%. It was my first year of college and so I was pretty naive - I had no idea that I could appeal my mark and so I had to wait a whole year to take the course again (so as to continue with my course).

That **** teacher's mark made it so that I spent one full extra year in college. I don't even want to think about how much extra $$$$ I ended up spending as well.
