I had a great day, great weekend actually! Saturday, my sister took me out to lunch and we got a manicure and pedicure too. My mom and my brothers gave me money so I went shopping. I got a couple shirts and some bath and body stuff.

Sunday, DH and I took the dogs to the local dog park to meet up with a couple of other Italian Greyhound owners. It was fun to see the dogs run and play together ... we are going again next weekend.

Then yesterday, I had a birthday lunch with a friend. Another friend (a baker) made me a cake. DH got off work early and he and I went out to dinner. Then we went by Petsmart and got the furkids a present too ;)

When we got back home he gave me a card and a present (which I wasn't expecting) I got some 'sexy things' and some money. Part of the money I will use to buy some clothes and the rest will go towards the new tattoo I've been wanting. I am so excited about that! He said that the money might have to be part of my Christmas gift too, but that is fine with me ;)

I am not terribly fond of the needles and the pain either but I like the finished product so I deal with it ;)

I am planning half sleeves (doubt I will be able to do both this time) one side will be a representation of the 4 seasons (winter, spring, summer and fall) the the other will be a design that represents my faith. I have to meet with my tattoo guy to work out the designs.

I talked to my guy the other day and he said he isn't going to be able to do the work, so I am bummed about that :( But he referred me to another guy at his shop so I am gonna meet with him later this week.

I will! Not sure when I will be getting the work done as I still have to work out the design and all. But at least I have the money, I just have to hide it from myself so I don't spend it!

Really I am just happy all of the family were in a good mood.
