When you buy something new, do you wash it before you wear it?

Me, as a general rule I do wash things before I wear them. But there are a few occasions where I haven't.

No, never. They are never as crisp and neat as they are when you first buy them. Once you wash them, they are never the same again. I wish I could keep them unwashed forever. LOL!!! :)

Yeah I love the crisp, new look too ... I don't really like the smell most new clothes have, that and I guess the fact that other people may have tried them on before is why I feel the need to wash them.

I work in retail and see what happens to clothes while they are still in the store. When i think about how many people have touched the fabric. Ewwww! But, I must admit that usually when I go shopping I end up wearing at least one or two items before washing, simply because I don't want to wait... I guess it's just the little kid in me.

I usually don't The only time I would wash them is if they had a strong new smell that gave me a headache.

I would have to say no I don't wash unless its underwear and such. I worked retail I know too much of what goes on and what comes back.

I was all undergarments, bathing suits and similar items, but for the most part I don't was the items before I wear them.
