Yes, it will probably always be there. There is also a fine line between terrorism and just radical and violent individuals or groups. So, even if it's not labeled as "terrorism" I am sure there will be small groups or individuals that just want to cause harm in some way. There will always be freaks among us.

I voted yes, i think there will always be some kind of terrorism threat the all western countries! We've had the IRA bombing places all over England, we've also had muslim extremists and others, I think there will always be someone, some group planning attacks!
