Yes, unfortunately, I could afford to lose at least 50 pounds. :bbcry:

Just by a little I think. I really can't see myself being like stick thin. I would like to lose some, but not a lot.

Just a little. I mean, I could lost 20 pounds...but really. It says that my weight for my height should be 100-130 pounds. When I was in high school, I got down to 145 and I thought I was still fat because I wasn't in my normal range. But now I look back at those pictures, and I look healthy...maybe a little too thin. Right now I'm 165, so yeah I could lose 20 or so pounds...but I don't think that I'm obese, which is what the chart says I am for my weight at my height.

I could loose about 20 pounds and be much better feeling and looking. I don't worry too much about the number on the scale because i am tall and i still have alot of muscle mass from when i was a dancer. I know that muscle weighs more then fat so it doesn't bug me too much. If i could get down a pant size or two i would be thrilled!

I think I am a little but I am not worried about it. For my height it says I whoudl be about 135 but that is way to small for me. I have a big bone structure. Iam usualy around 160 but you wouldnt guess it by looking at me. I am sure I could stand to lose some but Ia mnot too worried about it.

I put not really. I am in the normal range for my height. I am about 5 6'' and I weigh 130. I would like to knock off some extra chunk on my belly and thighs, but it's not the weight I'm really concerned with. I wear a size 6 and I would be happy if I went down to a size 4.

Not really but working on it!!! Im 5ft 8in and about 160 pounds (roughly, we use stones and pounds) 11 stone. Thats apparently normal for my height and everyone says "Theres no way your 11 stone" but i want to be around 10. Its more my dress size that im interested in!

Whenever a bunch of girls start talking about this kind of thing I am always amazed by the skinny girls and/or perfectly normal size girls that think they are fat and/or want to loose 'just a few' more pounds.

I guess we all have goals, or is it that we will never be satisfied with our bodies?

I voted no, if I was to lose any more weight I would be yelled at by too many family members as it is im under weight and can't seem to gain any. I'm 5'3 and weigh 110 po.

My best guess is that I am about 20lbs overweight. I say "guess" because we don't own a scale.

I don't believe in having one in the bathroom. We also don't diet in our house. It took me years to put the extra pounds on my body, it isn't something that will drop off quickly .... if it does, it won't last. I won't play the yo-yo dieting game. I prefer to love myself ... even if I don't always like what I see :)

When my jeans start getting snug, I know it's time to stop eating the junk so much, choose healthier options and time to get out & move!

I'm exactly like that. The only time I weigh myself is when I go to my friend Chris's..That's how I found out I lost 10 lbs in 6 weeks (you know being poor, and not able to eat really will help you lose weight). I couldn't really tell in my clothing size. That's what I go by. I'm pretty happy with my weight. I'd just like to be more toned.

I am overweight. Way oveweight actually. I am trying to lose weight. I had lost 25 lbs but have gained 5 back I think, but I am starting Weight Watchers again! I personally am okay with the way I look most days. I dont necessarily love or hate how I look, but like most I have good and bad days. Nevertheless, I need to lose the weight for health reasons and for my wedding!

Katie-I am the same way with my HS pics. It makes me sick almost to think that I thought I was fat back then because I wasn't as skinny as everyone else. I would give anything to look like that again! I have a lot more to lose than 20 lbs, though!

You know what i love? Your sizes! I'm an English size 12 which sounds massive towards your size 2's! I'm not sure what that makes me in american sizes, i think its and 8! Before i had the kids, i must have been a size 2-4 or something, i had a 24in waist anyway, now its around 29!!

I don't think I'm overweight... I just need to get into better shape. I used to run 6 days a week in high school and now almost 7 years later, I've lost everything I worked for so I could use some toning. But I wouldn't say I'm overweight.
