On a scale of 1-10, how clean are you?

On a scale of 1-10, how clean are you? 1 being a complete and utter slob; 10 being an obsessed neat freak.

I'd say probably like a 7. I'm clean with some things and not so clean with others. Like, things have to be put in certain places in my cabinets or I freak out....but I'm not so clean when it comes to putting away clothes...I tend to have piles of clothes around my bedroom.

I'm about a 6. I can't stand a messy kitchen. And, I'm not a fan of paper lying around. Other than that, I'm not really worries about it. I do my mopping and vacuuming once a week, unless something spills.

I rated myself an 8. I am a neatness freak to some degree. While it may not all be clean all the time, things have a home and I work continuously to keep them in it.

I would have to say that im a 8. I can be very anal about things. I go straight through the house on a daily basis. Expect things to be put back where you found them.

LOL I would have to say that we are probably a 4 or a 5. Our place isn't a pig sty but with day jobs & running our business, we don't have time to clean it all the time either (which is why we pay someone to come in to vacumn, dust and wipe down things).

With that said, no one but my very best of friends has ever seen our place at it's worst because we will clean up whenever we are expecing anyone. It's normal to see boxes, packing penuts and plates in all stages of completion all over our dining room table & living room. This however is "organized chaos".

I'm a full blown 10...clothes need to be folded or hung a certain way...towels have to be uniformly folded and stacked...I wipe countertops constantly and I had a cleaning lady (at my previous home) for about two weeks but she didn't do things to suit me and I would pre-clean before she got there and re-do things after she left.

Funny, I straighten up before the women come too. They don't do as good of a cleaning job as I would do (if I had the time) but I am too busy to find someone else.

Still, with all the clutter in our home - there is a place for everything and I will not tolerate things being out of place for long.

7. I'm not a freak about it. But i do get a little more anal when i know people will be coming over. Mostly we are pack rats so things get a bit cluttery. But our kitchen is always clean and our bathroom is always clean.

I think I am somewhere between a 6 and 7 (I voted 7) I like things to be clean and I don't like clutter. I am not anal about things, but I don't like people coming over if I haven't cleaned.

I was always the clean one growing up, my sister was (and still is, I don't know what she would do if her FH wasn't such a neat freak) the messy one. Ugh and my brothers will leave dirty plates and dirty clothes all over their rooms still and they are both 21 or older :bbeek:

I do get lazy sometimes and will leave dishes in the sink overnight or will leave clean clothes in the hamper for a day or two. I also don't like to dust or clean the toilet so I don't do it but about once a month (unless we are having guests) I vacuum about once a week (I did it less before I got dogs) it seems like I wash clothes at least a couple of times a week.

My problem is I don't like a dirty house, but I don't like the chore of keeping it clean :huh: LOL, If I had the money I'd pay someone, but then I'd be worried they would do something wrong or steal something :notsure:

I rated myself as a 7. I hate to clean but I dont let things get really dirty. Things get done ( usualy by my husband lol ) but the real problem is the clutter. Our kitchen table becomes a catch all for what ever the kids bring home or myself for that matter. Te kids know where their shoes and jackets and back packs go and they do it. But me I tend to take my shoes off whever I am and they get left right there lol. Then I have to search the house for them when I want them again. I have told myself if I just put them away like every one else does lol.

My house is not dirty it is more clutter. And a pain to keep up with.

I'm an 8. I like things to be organized and clean, however, the -2 is that sometimes when I'm tired I seem to slack off a little.

LOL the ladies were supposed to come today but we forgot. I had to leave a note on the door asking them to postpone because I didn't have time to clean up first!
