Of course there are many things that make your FH/DH the best, but why not brag a bit?! List ONE nice thing your FH/DH he has done for you. Post again as required :)

I'll start -

I woke up today coughing uncontrollably (because I have an awful cold - pity party please). The incident brought to mind a time when DH got in his car and drove 12 hours straight to comfort me & nurse me back to health. He also brought with him a box of "premium" kleenex, a trashy magazine, a teddy bear to cuddle, some cold medicine and some chicken soup!

Ok.... i think this is kinda neat. lol.

Last night Mark woke up and said to me. "Jenn, are you laying on your side or back?" I said "My side sort of my stomic, why?" "Because the cat is looking like he's going to crawl up on you and i don't want him going on your stomic." He said. I know it sounds kinda silly. But the night before Dusty jumped onto my stomic and it hurt so badly. Mar was watchin out for me in the middle of the night which was really sweet. :soppy:

Okay..this just happened this week!!

Jon fixed my headlight and then realized I needed a new battery. So he bought both and replaced them. While he was buying my new headlight he also bought me a new hubcap because I was missing mine from months before (No money to buy one - 44.00). Plus he changed everything and brought it to the car wash. He's the best!

I woke up the other morning just feeling like poop!!! I had pneumonia and i just laid there like a bump on a log not wanting to move. Kev has to get some stuff done on the car and i didn't want to be all by myself in his apartment. So He made me a little sitting area. There was a lawn char with pillows on it, blankets, and a cup of tea for me. He also made sure I had my cell phone and anything else I might need! He also turned on his ipod to music that I like (usually he dispises it!)
The only problem was I didn't want to stop cuddling with him long enough for him to do anything to the car! He's great at giving me a big fat hug whenever I need it or when I just want one!!!!!!!

Over our vacation/honeymoon we just got back from while there I walked about 5 blisters on my feet and toes. Jerry sat me down told me not to move, got out the fingernail clippers, medicine and bandaides, popped each of them and doctored them for me and made me sit the rest of the night while he cooked for me.

aww everyone has such sweet FH/DH...

This happened a couple weeks ago. We had just moved int our new house and I moved out of my moms house. My mom and I are best friends and we had the hardest time saying goodbye. I was sobbing and was just so upset. FH came downstairs after I said goodbye to my mom and hugged me. He wiped away my tears and said, she is just a little while away and you can go and visit her anytime. You can have a sleepover and I am going ot miss her too. I love you and I will never let anything happen to you, I am going to take care of you adn you are always welcome to go and see your mother whenever you need to.
It is so sweet, it brings tears to my eyes now. :)

Eric is always doing super sweet things....he takes laundry out of the dryer and puts clothes from the washer into the dryer, fixes cinnamon rolls as I am getting ready for church on Sunday mornings....holds doors open, opens truck doors for me and takes my hand and "assists" me when stepping from sidewalks and such....he has a wonderful habit of taking my hand while driving down the road and kissing it and telling me how much he loves me...

What I love about Brian (most of the time) is that he "gets" me. Hes taken the time to get to know me so well, he knows when somethings wrong, or Im stressed, or I need a break. Very seldom do I have to ask for anything. Usually he just knows what it is i need and he provides it. Ive never had someone so in tune with me before.

DH has done so much for me I wouldn't know where to start

Before we moved in together he came over just to bring me some OJ and chicken soup and a card because I was sick. He bought me a washer and dryer for my apartment so I wouldn't have to go to the laundry mat anymore. I had a small kitchen and no table and he built one for me, just big enough for the two of us. He put together an emergancy kit for my car so I would be prepared in case of an emergancy (I thought that was nice)

Another time shortly after we moved in together, I left my name tag at home and he brought it to me at work without me even asking. I thought that was nice. Once I got stuck in traffic for 3 hours with no way to contact anyone, he bought me a cell phone the next week :grinhappy:

Back when I had a staph infection and was on IV meds for nearly 2 weeks, he stayed home from work to take care of me :soppy:

He has given me the opportunity to work from home and make much less money than I did before because I hated my job and was super stressed. I feel bad about this sometimes because he works so hard, but he always says it is about our future. I also love the way he talks about our future.

He has brought me flowers and gotten me cards just to say I love you or to cheer me up if I was feeling down. He is just so awesome, I love him so much! I don't want to even imagine my life without him!

Last week on my 24th birthday (which was ruined by his brother..different story!!) my DH put a deposit down on the puppy I have been asking for for so long! He realizes the heart break that I am going through and said he wants to help me with it by giving me a fur baby to love! He also told me that when I go in for my tests that he will make up the hide-a-bed and put all snuggly blankies on it and let me sleep and watch tv while he waits on me hand and foot!! I look forward to the recovery but not to the test! UGG! lol

I don't even know where to start on this one, there are so many reasons!

Last night he told me that he was going to get me the puppy I have wanted for Christmas. He went to the Rescue League with his sister and was making arrangements. He was going to wrap up a dog bowl and have his BIL come and bring the puppy on Christmas morning.

He's changed his mind (which is why he told me) b/c we really aren't home enough to have a puppy and at the same time we can't have a dog in our apartment. Guess we'll have to wait until we have a house.

Nicholas has got to be the most amazing men. He left his home in WV to come here to NH where he knows no one just to be with me and my kids. He has no guy friends do to anything with. He has me and the kids and his job. But he never complains and is always willing to do anything with us. He has been to more family things with me then my ex who I was with for 12 years. he is truely a very loving man and I am truely blessed to have him.

We just came back from visiting my sister in KY. I have 8 nieces and nephews (not all from her) but anyway he doesnt have any. He spent time getting to know each of them better. He helped my oldest nephew fix his truck, talked alot about music with my other nephew and played with my youngest one. We took my niece to the cheesecke factory and out to try on BM gowns. Then we went to a haunted walk/house thing. It was alot of fun and I appreciate that he spent all that time with him. They really like him :whoohoo:

Hugh and I have both been sick with colds. Now you ladies know how it is when your hunny is sick ... they are babies and my hunny is no exception but ...

Last night I guess he figured I was worse off than him ... and he rubbed my back until I fell asleep. I feel all warm and mushy just thinking about it.

Every one's hubbies sounds so sweet and loving!
I have a few I want to share:

When I have bad cramps Michael rubs my stomach until I fall asleep!

After my first day back @ my old job, my feet were throbbing and Michael got a bucket and put hot water and bath beads in it. He set me on the couch and put my feet into it and brought me a rum and coke! (He even brought me a towel and gave me the remote!!)

On our recent Anniversary that just passed Michael snuck into the bath w/ me and had 2 glasses of champagne!

short & sweet:
gavin and i work taking care of elderly/handicap people.
gavin took a woman to the er yesterday.
he wasn't able to assist her during xrays, so he ran to a convenience store for lunch.

when he got home from work, he didn't even say hello or anything. came right up to me, and presented me with a bouquet of beautiful daisies!!! :)

and...to top it off...
he handed me a package of wedding day cds with envelopes, labels, and stickers... the kit matches our wedding theme perfectly. although we're not even engaged yet, and this is like the LAST thing we'll have to buy during this whole wedding process... it's sweet as can be that he thought to add to our day...and it's the little things like this that count & make me love him as much as i do..

oh, he got my nails done yesterday before we had to work, and he told the guy how to design them...like he wants them for our wedding...hehe ;)

Aww I can't pick just one thing to write about...

I punctured my tire and got a flat one night on a busy expressway. I was rushing to get home because we had a huge family dinner to get to out in the suburbs, and I knew FH would be starving. I called him in tears because I had never been stranded on the road before and didn't know what to do until roadside service got to me. FH drove out to where I was stranded and sat with me in my car in the middle of Friday night rush-hour traffic until roadside assistance showed up to change my tire 2 hours later. He also brought me snacks because he was worried that I'd be hungry!

FH learned to speak Korean so he could communicate with my parents in their native tongue and even asked for their blessing in practiced Korean! Understandably, my parents adore him. :whoohoo:

He's wearing 3" lifts for the wedding so I can wear my 4" heels without towering over him. This makes him just an inch taller than me.

He arranged for our friends to hide and record the entire proposal as it happened so I have pictures and videos to share with everybody!!

Oh I can't believe I left this out!!
When my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer last year and we were told we couldn't get an appointment with the leading surgeon in the region for several months, FH pulled some strings and got us an appointment the very same week! When I was unable to take time off to be at the hospital for surgeries or appointments, he went with my mom, and during the course of her grueling chemo treatment, he stopped by each time in between his surgeries to bring her snacks and a hug.

I could go on and on about my FH he spoils me to death! not just gift but cuddles, love, and sweet kind comforting words. But thats not what I want to put here. When we met I was Jaded, cynical and emotionally unavailable but despite me and my stubborn "bubble" My Adam has done the greatest thins any one could ever do for another. He has taught me love, trust and what it is like to be truly happy. He is the freatest blessing in my life and not only that he has made it worth living. between him and my boys... who could ask for anything more?!!

Also, Cheers to all us lucky girls and wonderful FH/DH!!

My DH says He Loves Me at the end of every phone call. On the end of every text message. First thing in the morning. Last thing at night. As He leaves the room. Or as i leave the room.

He says He backs Me whatever i decide about the eBay Job, Stay working where i am, or go back there after Two Months. (This has already been decided)

He may of missed Valentines Day with a Card and Flowers. But i get them when i'm least expecting them.

I'm full of cold at the moment. But even after He has done a 14 Hour Day He still brings Me a cup of tea.

And the ultimate at the moment is this. I'm on HIS PC and He doesn't mind a bit. :)

Without Him i am lost.

When we were first a serious couple, my dh said to me "I don't believe in Valentine's Day, it's just a made up holiday by the card companies to get us to spend money". We happened to be having dinner with his parents, and his dad looked at him with a knowing smile and said "does not matter what you believe about it, it's what she believes". LOL

So I thought about it a bit and I said...seems to me you can give me lovely valentines without ever spending a dime. Why don't you just write me what you feel about me instead and it will be free. Of course his dad and mom had a good little laugh about it, and I never thought he'd take it seriously.

Valentines came, I gave him some yummy chocolates with he shared with me over the evening, but nothing further seemed forthcoming. A friend im'd me excitedly to tell me about her lovely valentine treats from her sweetie, and suddenly, I got an im from him, just <a http://drivemeinsane.com/gertie_vday.txt">this.</a> can tell you that I bawled like a baby. Btw, Annabelle is the cat he rescued one dark and stormy night, telling her she could come in for the night. A week and many $$$ at the vet later to treat an infected paw, remove a pellet that had lodged in her side and healed over, and fix her, she decided to claim him anyway. LOL She disliked everyone he'd brought home previously, most just to the point of pointedly ignoring them, one to the point of randomly attacking her when he was not present.

During the Spring/Summer FH always stops by the side of the road to pick flowers and bring them home to me. :D

And sometimes I will catch him staring at me with a goofy smile on his face. When I ask him "What?" he just laughs and says "I love you". It's adorable.

He always has surprises for me! Whether it's a $2 rose from the gas station when he comes home from work, or bringing me a toy puppy home one day after work from Toys R Us that barks and walks around when we first moved into the house we're renting and couldn't have pets. He surprised me with my ring before our original plan of waiting until the wedding.

He'll leave me little love notes on post-its before he goes to work early in the morning.

I was really sick one day and didn't leave the bed. He can't cook to save his life, but he made me chicken soup even though he was terrified of burning the house down. (He almost started his mom's kitchen on fire trying to make a grilled cheese sandwich!) He also googled how to make scrambled eggs and made them for me one morning for breakfast in bed.

I called him crying when our kitty was poisoned(didn't know what was wrong with her at the time) and he was home 30 minutes later. He wanted to go with to the emergency vet visit. All the guys at his work gave him **** when he asked if he could have the day off because something was really wrong with our new kitten, but he just took it. Knowing that he had such a soft spot for her only after having her for a few weeks made me a little gushy.
