The Big Move...

Well, the weekend finally has arrived for me. I'm off until Tuesday. I will be moving out of my condo and into my sister Jody's 3 bedroom 2 bath house. She lives alone and she has no mortgage. Her husband died in a helicopter accident and left the house to her. So we will split the utilities. I will save $800 a month for my mortgage, plus the cost of the full utilities. In other words, I won't have any money worries for a while. :D If it doesn't work out, I can always get a little 1 bedroom apartment so that I don't have to worry about yard work and appliances breaking down anymore. Amber & Jason will help me move the big stuff on Sunday. Anyway, wish me luck! I'll probably be on and off all weekend. :grinhappy:

Thanks, Treasia!! It will be nice not to have to worry about my bills for a while, and I'm hoping for a really fabulous Christmas (for a change lol)!!

We moved from a townhouse to this apartment to save some $$$. We don't have any savings to speak of, and we don't have enough room, but we have managed to reduce some of the debt and that's a good thing!

I feel like such a heel, I didn't know you were moving already! Hope all went well and if you need a nice relaxing weekend in the country I have just the spot....if you come before it gets too cold you can chill out in the hammock and watch the squirrels play in the trees...
