I'm back!

My mom, sister and I went to California last Friday to attend a cousin's wedding and take a little vacation. Got back last night. Sure did miss everyone!! I'm a little upset that my cousin had chosen the same colors I have. However, overall, my wedding will be substantially different than hers and she had no way of knowing anyway. I hadn't talked to her in about 20 years! But there is this little lingering feeling of ICK in the back of my head. Now what to do??!!

The family lives in a little town right next to Pasadena/Arcadia. Our hotel was there, but we went to San Diego and Coronado Island on Sunday and Hollywood and Burbank on Monday. I was really surprised how dirty it was the closer you got to LA. I expected smog, but not the buttloads of trash on the highways.

As far as your wedding, I would proceed with what you have planned. No two weddings will be exactly the same, so it will still be "yours."
