hi everyone,

I'm Rian and im new. I already visited alot of other boards, but I figured I like this one the most so I signed up.

I am getting married the 20th of December. It's going to be really exciting, because im in a long distance relationship living in the Netherlands. Im getting married in America and will also stay there.

I have already read some really good advice on certain subjects so I want to thank you for that, and I cant wait to post some things aswel.

Ok so I am nosey and everyone else was too polite to ask so ...... how did you meet your FH??? Inquiring minds want to know :)

I dont mind you asking me at all, im a nosey person myself :grinhappy: .
Well I got to know my FH almost 5 years ago over the internet. I wasnt really looking for anything, but to make a long story short, he came to visit me after we talked on the internet for a year. We really liked eachother and he kept visiting me. A year ago I visited the United States for the first time and he asked me to marry him.

I never really thought that I would have my wedding in the winter time at all. I always imagined it to be in spring or summer. Elijah and me are so in love with eachoter tho that we really don't want to wait till summer. After a lot of thinking I got some very nice idea's, and now I cant wait till the wedding day. Since winter is cold, I choose to have fall colors. My mom is doing the flowers, and they are gonna be a mix of bronze,brown and white. The only thing im stuck on so far is the cake and the place of the reception.
