Our colors are Fushia pink, Baby pink and Brown, It was a fight to get them that way but as usual Ev gave in and I won!!

Recently while talking with Ev's aunt she has offered to help us with the wedding, She works at the flower shop here in town that her mother owns and would be a huge help!

Centerpeices..
I really wanted to have a candy buffet but then when deciding on centerpeices I had the brilliant idea to fill vases of different candies and use them on all the table as the centerpeices. We are going to The city to look at dollar stores and get ideas for vases and then will use these candies; Pink M&M's, Candy necklaces, Pink Smarties, Pastel colored Skittles, Pink wrapped hershey kisses, Rockets, Candy Hearts, Conversation Hearts, Gum balls, Jelly Bellys.

We will also be doing a traditional guestbook but will do this as well.

For my parents wedding they had all their guest sign peices of fabric that were later embrodered and made into a quilt, We will do the same idea but because no one wants to make a quilt anymore we will get the guests to sign a small peice of paper and make more of a *paper quilt* that will be framed.

Not to much wedding updating news.

Tonite I have to go over to my moms and workout, We are really starting to workout and diet for ther wedding :) Also while I am there if we have time we might order some wedding

So tonite I went over to my parents place, My mom and I worked out! (feels good to finally work out again) Then we went online to order some wedding things, I had about 13 pages open of things to order and when it came down to it I ordered one!!! ONE! Just my save the dates! I am so sick of some websites. Everything happened that made us not order them. On one website where I was ordering my flowergirl basket, Guestbook, Ringbearer pillow and Garter, I placed the order and had to chose where to ship to; In the shipping information they said they shipped internationally but when you had to chose the state they didnt give you any options for other countries or states..So I had to sent them an email asking what was up with that!
I now forget what kept us for ordering the other things but we will try again soon!

So today I talked to my aunt who just happens to have a chocolate fountain and she is going to let me borrow it for the reception.
Also her and my sister (who is in school right now for culinary arts) are taking a cake decorating course so they wanted to do my cake. Then my aunt remembered she is also my MC so maybe doing both would be to much work!

Yea I have thought about that.. I have this crazy problem that everything has to match and even though they wont ever be near each other and no one else will notice but me It will bug me if it doesnt. I know weird. :bbredface:

Thanks for the love on the STD's girls! I got them from http://www.weddingfavorites.com I am getting them in the pink with the same flower that the sample has. There are a bunch of different colors to chose from :)

I am pretty excited for when they come in, My mom was sent a confirmation email today so we responded to that and hopefully they will be here soon!

This weekend we are going to Edmonton to get some wedding things done, We will go and check out some places that rent table cloths, Then look at some dollar stores and see what we can find.. You never know sometimes there are treasures! If we have time maybe go and look at BM dresses. We will have to wait until my sisters are with us to get anything but looking is fun.. Easier to tell what things actually look like unlike seeing a pic on the net!

I am definatly going to go check out your journal as I am still decided on how to decorate, I had seen a picture somewhere (but now cannot find it) Of a wedding where they had put parasols along the inside of the aisle so that people had to get to their seats along the outside.. Does that make sense? I was thinking of doing that or maybe just putting 2 parasols at the beginning of the isle so only my BM's and I could walk down it!

I know what you are talking about. I had thought about doing that. That way, I can have rose petals spread on the ground and only our bridal party would be able to walk on it. I am not sure how that would work though with seating people on the outside. I thought about maybe having some of my little cousins spreading the petals after everyone is seated and before we all come out. I am not sure yet...
