Has anyone tried Hydroxycut? I bought some yesterday still trying to lose some of my quitting smoking weight, just wanted to know if anyone had any luck?

I've never tried it but 8-minute abs works AWESOME for flattening a stomach FAST. Pilates works great for slimming. And if you want rock-solid upper arms climb a tree and saw off old branches.

Ya, I'm a smoker, but I can't quit before he wedding. I'll just kill myself even faster thena smoke would do to me lol.
Let em know about the hydroxycut though!!! I used to take the 1 a day weight smart which was basically vitamins and what not, and it did nothing at all!

I took Hydroxycut for about a month a couple of years ago ... while I did loose a few pounds (I was working out more then too) it gave me headaches and the jitters.

I can't do the diet pill thing. Any of them make me feel like I'm on crack or what I imagine crack would make me feel like. I don't like it.
