Canada's most notorious killer has been released. She tried unsuccessfully to get a publication ban reporting anything about her as she is trying to start her life again. Having helped her husband drug and rape her little sister who died choking on her vomit and abducting, torturing, raping and killing 2 teenage girls from Ontario; she only got 12 years of prison time because she made a plea bargain to rat on her husband before the tapes of their heinous crimes were even discovered! People in Canada feel that she's gotten off too easily and no one wants her in their backyard.

I can't believe they let this woman out of prison. She is evil incarnate. :hothead: She deserves to die for what she did, and she is out living in some Canadian neighborhood amongst decent law-abiding people who have children. Unbelievable!!!

It is VERY scary to me knowing she is out there. It bothers me so much that she got away with it! She made a plea bargain before the film footage was reviewed. The film showed that she was more savage then Paul. I feel sick to my stomic just thinking about it.
She does not deserve the right to her privacy in my opinion.

I think it is horrible that she only got 12 years. The story was very upsetting, I think that she should rot in a jail cell.

She is living in my area. She's somewhere in Montreal although we don't know where. Personally, I am not comfortable with it. I think she should be in jail, with her kind, and where she belongs.

When she was first released, she got a job at a hardware store. The owner secretly taped her phone conversations and then fired her. He went to the police afterwards, claiming that she had violated the conditions of her parole. Like most good citizens do *rolling my eyes* he tried to sell his story for the highest $$$$$

There are people out there who are stalking her. Believe it or not, I think a website which tracked her whereabouts was ordered to be shut down. She was cornered once at a bus stop but it is reported that she has since changed her look and moved from the area.

OMG, Elizabeth!!! :bbeek: This gave me fricking chills!!! To know that she is even near someone that I know and care about. :petrified: I hope she is always uncomfortable, and always scared :fear:and looking over her shoulder, not knowing what is waiting for her at the next turn. And, as bad as this may sound, I hope she gets what's coming to her. :realmad: I just feel so sorry for the victims and their families who didn't get any justice when it came to that b*tch!!!

If not in this life, surely she will get what is coming to her in the next.

Yes, she has "boo hoo-ed" publically over having to look over her shoulder all the time. Karla, here is a dime, call someone who cares!

Do you know that I am still not fully aware of all of what they/she did? A publication ban was imposed in Canada and I have no interest in wanting to find out details. I won't read the book and I won't research the topic. I prefer not to.

I wholeheartedly believe that. God will be sending her someplace, and they will take care of the little trollop there!!! http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/347.gif (http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb001_ZNxdm824YYUS)

I think its disgusting she only got 12 years! People like her should never be released! The justice system over here is :censored: In this country she'd of probably got 6 years, released after 2, or not put away to start with! Half of me wishes we still had the death penalty here for people like her or pedophiles etc!

I only know what I just read about this person and have never heard of her otherwise. But based on that I don't want her in the same country.

I wouldn't want her in the same country as me. IMO she should have been put to death. Then this problem would not arise.

It's pretty scary to think someone like that is free. I read about her online and for something that violent you would think the authorities would have thrown the plea bargain out the window!

She got the lesser sentence because she offered up information to put her husband, Paul away for life. As someone has previously said, unfortunately the bargain was reached before the videos (implicating her role in the murders) were found.

It is terrible that she only got 12 years, but I guess a deal is a deal. Why couldn't they have tried her for more crimes once the tapes were found? That wasn't really part of the original understanding.

Anyway, will they make her register as a sex offender so everyone in the area is aware? I really hope so.

I don't think it would really bother me as I would stay away from her. I might even make a flier and pass it around the neighborhood to warn others.

For something like what she did, she should ahve been but in prison for multiple life terms without the possibility of parole. It's unbelievable who prisons will release back into the world!
