medium rare is the only way. still juicy and leaves the flavor in. now i am hungry. darn it.

I voted well done. I mostly like it well-well done. I just don't see how people can like eating bloody meat. Ugh.

A lot of people feel that way until the first time they try it cooked medium or medium-rare. Usually once they try it they never go back! I've never known a single person who prefered it better well done if they have tried it another way. Most of the time if it is medium the meat on the inside will just be pink. There is usually not any blood until you get to medium-rare or rare. Then it is really more like juice and not blood.

I like mine medium well. But I will eat a steak that is pink inside... I don't discriminate against pink! =)

I rarely eat steak - rarely meaning once a year or less. When I do have it, or when I have hamburgers, I prefer medium rare. Well done is always too chewy and tough to eat!

Mine has to be well done. I dont want any pink inside at all. If there is the slightest sign of pink I wont eat it. I just want the steak to be cooked all the way through. Every tells me it must be a Maine thing. But I dont care. When Nihcolas cooks steaks or any thing he like rare or how every he eats it mine has to start cooking first.
