I think that it might be nice to actually post a list of things that we need/like so that we don't get something that we already have/don't need.

I chose anything we want as long as it is within our budget, but I suppose making a list is a good idea.

I vote for anything within the budget. I guess lists would be all right, but I myself like to be surprised and not have a clue at all.

We had a thread a while back (around the same time as the Easter gift exchange) about little things we liked, I think something like that might work here too.

That or some sort of a wish list (within the budget) would be good. I'd rather get something that person might like. Gag gifts are fun too, but not everyone would appreciate the same things.

Since some of us like to be suprised maybe we can do something like a small survey for everyone like:
I rather not get:
My hobbies are:
I collect:
etc...
So it will still be a surprise but we'll have some idea.

funny gifts are ok (W/ ot going to far, but some people do not appreciate that.

Something like that would work or even a wish list, the SS wouldn't have to get exactly those things but it would give an idea as to the type of things that person likes ... either way :bbmrgreen:

A list would be fine with me. Maybe not a specific list, but something about your hobbies etc. like was suggested.
