Before shipping, you are allowed to spend $10.00. JMO. Shipping can get very costly depending on what you get and where it is going!

Depending on what you buy it could be expensive to ship it outside of the country so if think we should keep it in the $10-$15 range before shipping.

I vote $ 10. You can get some nice stuff for 10 bucks w/ out going way over your budget.
