Lilles wedding theme

I'm going to be using Lillies as my flower theme. Both Kevin and I love lillies. Has anybody used lillies as a theme? I'm very open to any ideas.

I'm using calla lilies, not so much as a theme, but as my only flowers. Are you using callas or another type of lilies? My wedding being in January, I wanted to find a seasonal bloom that kind of went along with my theme (a lot of Art Deco and old Hollywood touches). A friend of mine ordered her callas online, direct from the grower and saved a TON of money. We hand-tied her bouquets and placed mini white callas (7-8 stems) in small vases on the tables for centerpieces. Very simple, but very elegant. I'm doing something similar and also ordering my flowers wholesale. What are you thinking of doing?

I plan to use cala's in both white and a light pink, but I also want to incorporate large white day lillies. We originally wanted lily of the valley but our wedding is in September and we didn't think it would be overly easy to get them unless there silk.

That will be beautiful! I hadn't thought of using day lilies too, should be lovely. I love the light pink callas, they look so dainty and pretty. My colors are white, dark purple (plum), silver and a little black. I'm doing all white callas except for my bouquet. I'm going to use the "black" callas, which are actually a very deep purple, hand tied with white or silver ribbon. Hope it turns out ok. Oriental lillies will be playing a fair part in our wedding, we will be using them for the bouquet and also on our cake and there will be on our invites somewhere.

I plan on using white and pink calla lillies for the flowers as well. I really love the peach ones, but they just don't really go with my colors. I just love callas for weddings...something about them is so simple but elegant and very DIY friendly :)
I'm considering these 2 bouquets (the 1st one would have different colors)
