I used Ideal Entertainment, idealenterainment.net, from Chatsworth California, and was very disappointed. He showed up around 430 for 4 recep. was allowed to be there at 2 to set up. Played the wrong songs for B&FOB and parent dances. Misprounnced names of bridal party and B&G even though I gave him a list with the names spelled out phonetically. My parents wanted to surprise me with a song, talked to Dj well in advanced for this song, he calls the night before and spends over an hour with my brother, who has to walk him through the internet to get the song. My monther who is computer illiterate found the song without any help! Never got an apology from this guy. When my brother called him to find out where he was his wife (Dj partner) hung up on my brother, this was not a dropped phone call like you get with cell phones, she hung up on him!! I can't believe how unprofessional he was.
