Halloween/ Fall decorations :)

Anyone wanna show off their decorations for the upcoming holiday!? Or just their fall decorations since I know some people don't do the whole Halloween thing... Im looking at some diy stuff for Fall, Halloween and Christmas! I love the fall colors :)

I want to do this for the 2 columns we have in the front of our house :)
Anyone know how long pumpkins stay good carved?

Thanks i found it on the diy network...Yea! Thats what im going to do for the ones i posted :) It would be neat to be able to re-use them every year!
I was just wondering because i want to carve a pumpkin and never have before...

I *think* a real pumpkin will last about a week, but that might be pushing it by a day or so. Of course, where I live it is hot so I am sure that plays into thing too.

Ooo I'll have to get some pictures up! That is so cool! In Wisconsin, we can carve pumpkins and they usually last about a month or so. The carvings do start turning in a bit after a few weeks, but still okay. Although, we also have freezing temps (or close to it) at night which I'm sure helps.

Oh wow i had no idea, and its pretty hot here so looks like i wont try over a week!!! I dont want any smelly pumpkins!

I think I'm just going to plant some mums and kale in the front beds. I might get a pumpkin from a local farm if I get a chance.

I love it!! Halloween is so much fun, I hope I can get some pumpkins in for it and some fun halloweeny stuff in too! x

Hmm. I gotta bust out my Fall stuff and what little Halloween stuff I have. I don't have much anymore and I kind of want to hold off until we are in the new house. I will definitely share some pictures! I think I will put it all out tomorrow or Monday.
