I believe your life turns out by how hard you work at it. I know there are other factors that play into that too, but I believe you make your life what it is. :)

I think that the best way to control how your life turns out, is to work hard at whatever you want. There is definitely the element of chance involved, but hard work to strive towards your goals is what will get you there fastest. (at least in most cases)

I voted work. Mother always taught us that if you want something bad enough you work hard to get it. it is not handed to you on a silver platter.

I really believe that if something is supposed to happen a certain way no matter what you do, its God's decision.

I agree! Though some of us may have opportunities that others don't, but it is how we deal with what we have and how motivated we are. There are people that grew up in the ghetto that became very successful. And I'm sure there are others that grew up in a better place and didn't become much of anything.

Sure some things might happen to you and I believe that everything happens for a reason. It is how you respond to these things that makes the difference. Just because something bad happens to you doesn't mean your life is doomed to failure.

As for God, I think God wants all of us to be happy and successful and He has given all of us the means to make it happen.

I think life is what we make of it. We all make choices every day that alters the path our lives take. Make the choice to be happy and go after what you want ... no matter how long it takes. Believe it and make it happen.

If you just sit back and complain about what life has done to you or think "I'll never be anything" then that is likely what you'll be. Your mind and how you think about things has a huge effect on how your life plays out ... JMO though ;)

I think it is a combination of work and chance. Anyone willing to work towards their set goals is probably going to achieve them. I know that I have spent the last 27 years working my tail off to achieve my goals. I am very pleased witht he outcomse thus far. I think that occasionally chances present themselves that opne up doors or oppurtunities that make your goals a little more easy to attain.

I voted God, but really I think it is a good combination of all of those things. God helps those who help themsevles, so you have to work hard. There is always chance. I believe there is not a clear cut route to success or how life turns out.

I think it's fate/chance.. Because good genes, social status, money, etc. is all a roll of the dice when you're born. I think that it's all going to turn out the way that it's supposed to, and that if you just go with the flow, things will be okay.

I belive it is up to God. That's the only way i can explain things to myself. I feel like no matter how hard you work at somthing, If it is not in God's plan for you then it won't work out.

I believe life is about choices and the choices we make. That being said, I believe our choices are half chance, so I guess I would say things are mostly left to chance.

I voted God I believe things happen for reason. That God is trying to show us a direction even thoe some times the situation is hard to handle.
