I've made another post about whether or not to do the elective c-section or not because of my last birth, and I decided I want to at least TRY naturally this time. No epidural, no c-section ( I hope). I have always been interested in the hypnobirthing technique. But I talked to DH and he doesn't seem very "supportive". He said "hypnosis? I think that's kind of silly. But if it's what you want to do."

I'm scared to do this as it is because my last birth is still fresh in my mind. I wish I had the support because I can use all I can get!

Hypnobirthing isn't hypnosis like your DH probably thinks it is... i would explain it as more of a method of deep self relaxation... its very similar to techniques i teach my anxiety clients in therapy :)

You should have an Orgasmic Birth! I'll do it if you do.
