So, what is the "Okay" amount of fish one can have in their pregnancy? I feel like with Elise, all I want is fiiiiiiiiiiish! It's my biggest craving.
I try to limit to one fish meal a week. It's tough!

Here is a list of what you can and cannot eat and how many times a week.

I think my doctor said that as long as it was on the low level list to nom away... the DHA is good for babys brains anyways :)

I had to ask my doctor about fish because it was the thing I wanted the most! I ate so much crawfish last summer my mom joked that Finn was going to come out with claws! :laugh2:
She said that 2-3 servings per week, 1 can of tuna per week was the max. I pretty much stuck to that. I used the list that Danielle posted and stuck to the ones with the least amount of mercury, so I could maximize the amount of fish I could eat! Haha!

You had to say crawfish! Omg...you have no idea how bad I want crawfish now. Do you have a Pappaduex by you? If you do, you have to try theirs.
2-3 times a week? Heck yes! That's more then I was doing, so I feel better. Maybe I can even eat more.
What's with this fish craving? I've been dreaming of scallops.:cloud9:

Pappadeux in AZ? Wha tha? We don't have any authentic Creole

Oh, yeah! Pappaduex is the BEST. They're on the expensive side, so it's rare we get to go often. But it's my favorite. It kinda reminds me of Disneyland, I don't know why.
