I have a problem area...muffin top! What's the best exercise you've found to get rid of it? Or any other problem area? I'm in relatively good shape already. I have a very active job, and I have recently started back at the gym. I want to make it more of a habit, but I also want it to be effective.

Ugh! Frustrating. Did he happen to say what in a diet does it? or what helps with it the most?

Well muffin top problems are due to fat deposits.... there's no real muscle to work that's gonna shrink the area... so diet allows you to lose the fat which is causing the problem

Abs exercise:

Some basic and easy exercises for 6 pack abs are leg lifts, the plank, and the crunch,
These exercise can be performed on the floor with an exercise mat,
For the six pack abs, a person has not only strengthened their abs by performing exercises.....

swimming is the best way to exercise ways. if you choose swimming, no parts of your body won't do sports.

in fact, there are so many kinds of sport you can choose. for example, swimming, dancing, yoga, etc. now that you have relatively good shape, i would suggest dancing. on the one hand, it enhances your elegant and sexy temperament, on the other hand, it helps you keep and build good figure.
