Some Men don't like jewelry, some just don't like rings. Some don't wear rings because of their job.

So does the man in your life wear a ring? If not, does it bother you? If you are the man, do you wear a ring?

Ron lost his within a month. So, nope, he doesn't have one. It doesn't bother me though. I'd rather him lose the ring than the wife. ;)

My hubby wears his pretty much 24/7... except when he takes it off to play with it at SIL's graduation and drops it on the floor so it makes a loud clink, lol.

Chad has an infinity symbol tattoo on his ring finger and he also wears an actual wedding band over it. He's a jewelry guy though, like I feel confident getting him jewelry as gifts and that sort of thing. On a daily basis he wears his wedding band, a bracelet, a chain, and his various body modification rings...and then there's me who has zero jewelry on at the moment! :lafhard:

DH wasn't allowed to wear his wedding ring when he was working on F16s but now he wears it all the time.

this has actually been a big conversation piece between FH and i.... he says hes not a jewlery guy.. which ok some guys arent but when we first me he used to wear a chain all the time but lately not so much.... so he told me that he would wear it occasionally... and to be honest i dont know why but it does bother me... i think hes leaning towards a titanium band which is supposed to be super light weight and almost feel like its not even there so who knows he may just wear it all the time...... part of me also feels like hes telling me that hes not going to wear the ring because he knows it bothers me and he likes messing with me from time to time (like telling me him and the guys will go and get measured for tuxes 2 weeks before the wedding...) well see i guess

The only time Luke takes his off is when he takes showers. So he pretty much wears it all the time.

DH is not a jewelry guy but he will wear his ring sometimes. He can't wear his ring at work since he works on cars. But when he was injured and couldn't work, he wore his ring all of the time.

Jon is constantly taking his ring off and leaving it somewhere, the car, the sink, work, restaurants, luckily his has never lost it for long. He just not a jewelry person. It doesn't really bother me, I trust him. And to be honest I forget to put my rings on myself sometimes.

i think hes leaning towards a titanium band which is supposed to be super light weight and almost feel like its not even there so who knows he may just wear it all the time......

My husband had never worn a ring before and was very hesitant about wearing one. He got a titanium band and loves it. He wears it nearly constantly.

RC tends to bend rings. He doesn't wear a wedding band although he occasionally says he would if he found a cool one.

My DH is not a jewelry guy but he wears his ring all the time. He wanted a ring though. If he hadn't, I wouldn't have cared though.

DH wears his ring all the time. Even when he worked on the roads he wore it. That's why we got a Titanium Wedding Band. Now and again he'll take it off to be cleaned. But then he puts it straight back on.
Or rather i put it on him and ask him to Marry Me all over again. :soppy:

DH works on machines so he very rarely wears his rings because they can't wear jewerly in the shop. When we first got married, he was better about wearing his ring on the weekends or when we go out. Then he kept forgetting to put it on at a certain point which bothered me. Now, it doesn't. He is such a hands on kind of guy, his hands are always dirty and so is his ring. He isn't a jewerly wearer either, so its just something he will probably never get used to. He still will wear it if we go out though, so I'm fine with that. ;)

DH always wears his ring except bed, shower or doing something outside/sporty/where he could lose it. He's not a big jewelry person - just the ring and his watch. When we were dating, he wore a ring on his right hand that I had given him, but once we got married he stopped wearing it.

DH usually wears his. He'll leave it off if he's working in the yard or on the cars or something, but he usually puts it on right after. If he ever forgets we tease each other about "not being married today", but it doesn't bother me.

I'm sure that FH will wear his ring all the time, but he DOES have a bad habit of losing things, like when I first found out he was leaving for WA, we went to breakfast at 2 in the morning and I gave him my lucky love frog - my niece had given it to me years and years ago to help me find "the one." It's this little metal frog with a crown on it - it had a love frog poem with it, but that got tattered and thrown away years ago. So anyways, and I gave the love frog to FH... and he left it at the restaurant!!! :realmad: Luckily, I had the notion to ask him, "do you still have the lucky love frog?" after we left and he said, "yep" and then turned the car around to go back and get it! LOL! :laugh2: So, if he loses his ring, I won't necessarily be surprised, but unless he loses it, I'm sure he'll wear it all the time. :)

DH was very anti ring while we were planning the wedding but I insisted that he was going to get a ring. He obliged and because we got him a super light weight ring, he wears it all the time. He probably wears his more than I do as I find my fingers swell a lot.

Mine swell too. I makes sure i spin my Rings everyday so it doesn't get stuck. I also wear my Mum and Dads Wedding Bands on my right hand. Mum wore Dads after he died. Then when she passed i got both. I spin those too.

My DH wears his ring as often as he remembers. He works out in the gym a lot so he'll remove it before going to the gym and then forget to put it back on for a few days until I remind him or he is getting dressed up to go somewhere nice and he remembers to put it on.:hearts: He didn't used to like it, but he likes it now though.

I voted "other" because honestly DH is NOT a jewelry person however A) He knows how much wearing his wedding band means to me and B) I actually think he's really proud to wear his ring because honestly, he's talked about it a lot. Takes really good care of it. And I've also seen him many times glancing down and admiring his ring on his finger.:rofl: I think he loves the way it looks which is good because he's stuck wearing it for life!! Haha!!

Both me and the hubby don't wear our rings all the time.
Neither of us are that fond of jewellery, so tend to just wear them when we go out somewhere.

I've never really thought about it before, but after reading the comments I think I may force him to wear it more hehe

DH ALWAYS wears his ring. But, it's too loose. Not sure why because the jeweler measured his finger to be sure, but it slides off too easily for him - he wants it tighter. But, I'm scared that if he gets it re-sized, his fingers will swell and it'll be TOO tight. :bbconfused:

Both Billy and I wear our rings all the time. We figure that if we never take them off, we won't lose them. Although we do take them off for clean them.
