I will be married hopefully by June of next year.We have decided on a Harley themed wedding because we both love to ride.My problem is that I am planning all of this on my own and I have ran out of ideas. My bridesmaids and groomsmen will be in Harley t-shirts and bluejeans,I will be wearing a traditional wedding gown only without the shoes and my groom will be wearing black dress pants and a black sleeveless t-shirt.My brain is so clustered that I can't think anymore.I need ideas for a centerpiece as well as other things, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.:helpsmilie:

These are by Rexcraft

http://www.twowheelweddings.com/images/motorcycle-invitation7.jpg How about the two of you on your bike (or bikes!) printed on your invitations? After the wedding, send thank you cards with an image from the wedding day on your bikes.

I also found this:

Traditional Biker Wedding Ceremony

The typical biker wedding ceremony will have bikes lined up on two sides to form an aisle for the bride and her bridesmaids to walk down. As the bride passes, each biker reves the engine of his/her motorcycle with all of them makin noise when she reaches the front. A signal is usually given to shut the bikes off all at once, or they can be shut down one at a time.
The bride and groom will have written their own vows or with help from their wedding officient, who is most likely a biker himself. Rev. Chip (http://www.reverendchip.com/) suggests using phrases like "brothers/sisters in the wind" as well as tongue-in-cheek things like, "shiny side up", "dirty side down", or "the starting fluid of love", etc. Once the bikers are pronounced husband and wife, the motorcycles are reved up again as the bride and groom walk up the aisle together. Then it's PARTY TIME!

Reception Tables

Use leather ties for ribbons and bandanas for bows on your floral centerpieces. Bandannas and ribbons are available through Oriental Trading at great discounted prices (Oriental Trading Offers $2.95 Shipping on $60)
Use saddlebags for the card box
Tie bandanas together to form a swag for the wedding party table
Find someone who knows how to fold napkins, have them fold the bandannas for your tables
Orange and black floral centerpieces will carry the Harley theme,
A combination or all or at least two colors of balloons (orange, black, silver or white) would also incorporate the Harley colors into your wedding.
Making your own cake? or, want to try to make a Groom's cake? Sugarcraft has very detailed instructions for [COLOR=#800080]decorating a motorcycle cake (http://www.sugarcraft.com/catalog/pans/directions/motocycledir.htm).
Use Photo Confetti. Have the confetti made with pictures of you and your love on your Harley.

Yeah Kacie always finds great stuff!

I personally Love the Hotrod cake (the first one black with flames) I may have to do something like that for DH's birthday. We are not motercycle people but we like cool things.

A friend of ours had a biker wedding ... the just got married in their backyard and in their chaps and all ;) Then they rode around the block with cans on the back of the bike and a 'Just Married' sign.

I did a wedding a while back where the couple had a bike for the getaway ...

go to Aarons etchings on EBAY he etches glasses and plates with flames and your names on them for the wedding glasses, I bought them for my daughter and she loves them. Also look on ebay and put the words motorcycle wedding in and a lady named Heidi has a lot of motorcycle stuff.

Now if only someone would come up with SPORTBIKE themed wedding accessories.... *pout*

Friends of ours who got married last year are big Harley riders. Their wedding was very traditional, but they did a beautiful photo shoot for their engagement pictures, including many with their bikes (since riding is such a huge passion of theirs). They really, really came out beautifullly.

What a fantastic theme.

For centerpieces, maybe getting some of those Matchbox motorcycle toys and adhering them on either side of a silver colored candle on a grey/black (asphalt colored) plate. Sort like like they are surrounding an exhaust pipe on a road. I don't know how that would fit with the rest of your wedding though, but it sounds wonderful. :)

erm, I meant "your wedding sounds wonderful."
