I'm starting to think they don't exist. I need dark blue polo shirts for work, and I've been searching online for maternity shirts... but there are none. Even Motherhood Maternity just has light blue.

I can start off with plus sized women shirts, but eventually those will get to be too short for my massive belly, lol. My sister suggested that I try mens shirts because they're longer, but Eddie thinks they wouldn't fit right.

Anyone have any ideas?

I say men's shirts are the way to go. Maybe even the big and tall. You can get anything from Small-3X or bigger in Tall from specialty shops and they should be long enough to cover your belly. Polos aren't usually meant to be form fitting, so I would think the fit would be fine. I used to wear men's polos for work because I had large arms and women's didn't fit right. Worked just fine for me.

Good luck! :)

I recommend buying ribbed tanks from the men's section (like at Target) to wear under your clothes. They are nice and long and keep your belly covered and if you buy different colors, they work great for layering. At the very end of the pregnancy even your maternity shirts might not fit because your belly is going to be huge so its nice to at least know people aren't going to get a glimpse of your belly if your shirts are a bit short. ;)

That is a good idea, thanks! I'll have to go stock up on tank tops. Stinks that the polo shirts are $30.. I'm used to paying like $8 for one shirt. I wish I had a trial stomach for like 10 minutes so I could try on shirts and know if mens shirts would fit, lol.

Some places do have a fake belly in their maternity section for trying on clothes - I think they are suppose to mimic 3 months in the future. The ones at the maternity specific store won't help because they of course won't have mens clothing but when I tried on maternity bras at Macy's they had one outside the try on room.

That's such a great idea to be able to try on a "belly" for maternity shirts! I know $28 is kinda a lot for a shirt...maternity clothes aren't cheap and its hard finding something specific in your price range.
