Have you ever fainted?

I have seen movies, where women faint so easily. So I was just wondering how many of us have fainted and why. Please share if you choose to. :D

I have never fainted, but I always thought it looked so feminine to swoon. lol :D

I fainted at least once that I can remember very clearly, and it was completely embarrassing. I was doing an engineering intern job in a glass factory. I was stationed in a relatively small space, it was warm and there was a chemical scent in the air. All of a sudden I can't remember what happened, but I woke up in their infirmary, they called my mom and I was sent home for the day.

I also got extremely woozy while I was having blood drawn and they had to whip out the smelling thing for me to stay with them.

Yes twice. THe first time I fainted on a roller coaster, it was so weird and it freaked my friend out so bad!

The second time I hyper ventalated when I was sick and passed out next to the toilet.

Oh and then there was the time I knocked myself out cold when I walked into a wall!! lol :bbredface:

I have come close quite a few times but I have never actually passed out. I get woozy from having blood drawn sometimes, and I get migraines with dizzy spells sometimes.

I am a fainter.

When i was a kid i would pass out alot. No clue why. Heat i think. When i was 13 i got really sick and passed out alot at school. I actually passed out at my desk once while we were watching a movie in class and i fell out of my desk onto the floor. When i woke up i was laying there with everyone staring down at me and my teacher running acorss the room. I scared the h3ll out of alot of people and had to go for alot of testing to see what was going on. They never found anything wrong with me. But for a year i could feel it coming on and i would exuse myself to have a moment in the washroom before going to call my mom to pick me up from school.
I then passed out a couple times when my dad and i were at Wonderland. It REALLY freaks the staff out when you do that and i got to ride in their golf cart ambulance. That was soooo humiliating. The most recent time i passed out was about a year and a half ago. I came down with a serious case of the flu and went down in the hall of our apartment. Shortly after that Mark took me to the hospital.
I also passed out once in the shower. My mom came in to see if i was ok just as i woke up. She wanted me to get out but i insisted on getting the rest of the shampoo out of my hair. She helped me then i went out again. This time i went backwards and the only think keeping me from cracking my head open on the faucet was her hand. She had a massive bruise for a week or two afterwards.
I don't know why i do it. But i think i am very heat senstive and my sugars drop really fast and i am out.

I fainted once. I have a minor blood sugar issue. I don't technically have hypoglycemia, but I have many of the symptoms. If I don't eat regularly (once every few hours) I get very shaky and weak, I get hot flashes, a headache, etc. Sometimes the symptoms are really light, and sometimes they're really bad. Depends a lot of times on how busy and stressed I've been for how bad the symptoms can be. Anyway, TMI, DH and I were "showering" together before I'd had breakfast, and I literally fainted right out of the tub. Scared the :censored: out of DH too!! I woke up on the floor and was like.. HUh?? It's funny now, wasn't so funny then.:bbredface:

I used to get really overheated and dehydrated when I was younger doing all of my activities. I fainted once on the balance beam.. thankfully I had a huge mat under me and I didnt hit my head. I think I've fainted about 5 times total in my lifetime. A few were just getting blood drawn.
