As long as I wasn't a scullery maid, I think I would love to go back and travel in the Victorian Era. I would love to wear those beautiful dresses that really show off your boobs. lol

I don't think I'd care to go to any of those time periods ... I am glad I was born in this era.

I voted "The time of Christ." I would love to be a bystander and just watch all that happened back then... I think it would be more exciting than any other period.n That's just me though.

I honestly don't know. I mean the bottom 3 get ruled out right away because this girl requires a daily shower, hair dryer, and flushing toilet. I also am not dealing with Bubonic Plague or corsets. The 1920's, prohibition, need I say more? I can hear stories about the 1950's and 1960's from my parents.
I am a bit of a Civil War buff. So maybe to get to see that moment in time. But on the flip I am sure the romanticized version we have of it isn't anything what it was really like. Possibly the Enlightenment Period when the idea of revolution and independence in America came to be would be amazing to see first hand. Just to be a fly on the wall when the debates of the Delclaration of Independence and following Articles of Confederation and Constituion would be surreal. (Of course a time traveling fly on the wall is pretty much the definintion of surreal, isn't it?) Finally, the Greek and Roman Empires might be worth taking a peek at. Those are the foundations of our modern Western society, the ideas of democracy and republic. Again, though those all fall into time periods without the flushing toilet, so I could only stay until I had to pee. This girl isn't using an outhouse!
I don't know about actually traveling in time. I think I might want to pull a Bill and Ted and just collect people who influenced history to bs with for the day.

Maybe the 20's. I like the flapper style. I would love to dress up like that. It also wouldn't be bad to go back to the late 60's or early 70's and see what my mom was up to when she was my age. I would like to hang out with her and then bring up some of the things she did later in life like on Back to the Future.

So long as I was a rich debutante, definitely the Regency Period. I love all the simple dresses and styles of the early 1800's. Though, I'm sure it wouldn't be as romantic as it seems in books and movies!

I would love anywhere between victorian and civil war. But as Lacey said it is more glamorized on movies I am sure. While I would love it, I know I would be one of those women who would not have lived long with my allergies and no air conditioner. haha. so best for me to just visit and stay at Victorian B & B's. Take a peak back in time with all the modern conveniences.
