any advice on this? Strollers?

any recs? My sister is new to living in the snow (from OC) and this is hard for her to figure out- she already has a14mo old and really misses getting outside, walking aroud, hiking, etc- is there a stroller that can use in snowy conditions? I found one by googling www.snowstroller.ca and it looks different, but I don't know much about it (or living in the snow!)

There is some type of give away, so I guess I can always enter and try to win one :) but I would love to have some feedback! I need to buy something before her shower in about 3.5 weeks!

I live in a snowy state but in our town they clear the roads and sidewalks pretty well so a regular stroller would work just fine. I usually put the baby in a carrier when I go out for a walk, so I haven't tried our stroller in the snow yet. Did your sister register for any strollers? As a new mom I know that most of us do a lot of research before the baby comes and we know exactly what type of stroller we want. Maybe she's got the perfect one already picked out. ;)
