This is sort of tied to Kacie's thread about illegal immigration. Please answer if you want to, and respect other's views. Thanks! :D

Absolutley not! It would be just as hard for us to get out as it would be for immigrants to get in....

That's what I was thinking. We would turn into another East Germany or China. I don't want that.

I put no because I dont think that it will solve the problem. I just think it seems kind of silly.

If you did, that would mean you'd be keeping us "friendly" Canadians out and it'd be harder to get to Alaska for y'all! ;)

I voted no because they would just find another way in.

I voted not sure but I should have voted no only for the simple fact that I do not believe it would help.

Yeah!!!!

Besides, anything that can be built can be torn down or compromised. I wouldn't want to live my life in a fortress.

I also think about the Berlin wall!! What good did that accomplish? But really it was the Russians who built the wall in the first place...so....lol

Yes, but ONLY if Pink Floyd will agree to do another "The Wall" Concert like they did at the Berlin Wall in the early 90's. I'm not even a Floyd fan but htat is a kick *** cd!

In all seriousness though, shouldn't my tax dollars go to real issues? Can you imagine how expensive this "wall" would be? Can you imagine how totally ridiculous it would be? There would be no way to actually protect it. It wouldn't stop anything. And, ****, can you imagine the tie ups in Congress when it came time to decide what color to paint it?

I say no, I don't think it would help, in fact it would probably do more harm than good.
