I said reading, but Jonathan would disagree with me. If the book is too good it'll keep me up all night reading.

Having the one I love beside me talking to me. We talk for about an hour or two every night after we get in bed. This helps us sleep at night. ;)

Nothing really. If I try to read I stay up all night long and finish the book. If I watch tv I get into what I'm watching and stay up watching. If I'm on the darn internet like now I stay up fooling around. A hot bath wakes me up.

You're just like Matthew....a hot bath does the same for him too. It puts me to sleep and wakes him up. lol

Well sex late at night wakes me up lol. Now sex in the afternoon makes me tired lol. Go figure lol.
I always have a hard time falling asleep but I find that the nights that Nicholas is home to go to bed wiht me I fall alseep much better. Sometimes he may not be tired but will lay down with me untill I fall asleep because he knows it helps me to fall asleep.

Other. I get up at 5 in the morning. I have to be at work by 730. I deal with teenagers all day and then usually I deal with them after school too. I drive home in rush hour traffic. I make dinner, and help around the house. I grade papers then get ready to do it all again. The fact that I sat down means that I am going to fall asleep from sheer exhaustion.

Thats how I am, reading can make me really sleepy, but if the book is good I can stay up all night with it.

I have horrible nightmares, so my sleep doctor put me on Clonazapan, it works wonderful, I barely ever have nightmares or wake up screeming anymore or somewhere in the house that I didn't start off sleeping in LOL.

I watch or listen to the TV. That helps. Also having Mark curled arround me helps alot too. I feel warm and safe.

I said 'other' I don't really have problems falling asleep. I usually stay up til about 2 am or so, I tend to doze on the couch watching TV.
If I read late at night I will usually fall asleep. If I have a drink or two late at night that will do it too, as well as late night 'lovin' ;)

When I was single and living by myself and had a hard time falling asleep, I would light a candle and use the light and breathing to completely relax myself until I was just about asleep. I would then slowly blow out the candle without even getting out of bed. Within minutes I would be asleep.
Now, I usually count sleep or create "daydreams" to lull myself into sleep. Usually works.

I watch TV and it helps me unwind. I fall asleep with it on most of the time.
